The stall took over from Blanco Court Beef noodles (which I frequent and like) . It’s my first time trying Odeon at this location.
The food was really bad. The kueh teow was all torn little pieces, and if you see the pictures of the beef tripe, it was all cut very badly, in like odd shapes or uncut, and looks really unappetizing. Don’t think I’m going back again.

This stall used too be good, but after not patronising it for some time I bought the basic beef noodle set from there recently, only to find the ingredients were quite sparse. Two beef balls, what looks like a soup spoonful of sliced beef bits, and a huge amount of noodles - for $6. Seriously??? No wonder there wasn't any queue at the stall.

Beef Noodles (SGD $8) @ Odeon Beef Noodles.
.
With the receipe hailing from the famous defunct stall beside the Odeon theatre, this commercialised brand marries the 1980s taste with modernised processes.
.
The fortifying beef broth and thick gravy both hold a warming savoury sweet herbal flavour, extracted from beef bones stewed for up to 5 hours.
.
The soup is best paired with silky kway teow / flat rice noodles, while the gravy goes with smooth thick bee hoon / rice vermicelli noodles. Garnished with crisp bean sprouts and crunchy spring onions, lending vegetal sweet flavour.
.
Both versions have a good portion of beef parts - chewy premium Australian beef slices, tender beef brisket, springy beef meat balls, spongy tripe; all picking up the meaty savoury sweet herbal notes.
.
Complete with sharp spicy chili for added kick.

Set 1 beef noodle set dry. Gravy lacks beef taste, very plain and peppery. Noodles and chili sauce are normal. Not recommended.

Poor staff training. Order screw up. I added beef +$2 for soup beef noodle set. Total $8 and so little meat only. Totally not worth eating no matter how good the taste. Go restaurant and have set meal also more worth it.
Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of person cooking the noodle. Say added extra beef already but really so little, then add another 2 pieces. Wow, $2 for small piece of beef.
NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Soup is blend, chilli is salty. Miles away from the old beef noodle store that was previously occupying this lot.

Soup was diluted and bland. Chilli was watery. Meatballs tasted funny. Mixed beef soup with rice cost me $9, blatant robbery. Try at your own risk.

Beef noodles are hard to find, good ones even more difficult. It's not the best I've eaten, but it's pretty good. Worth a visit.
Beef noodle with gravy could do with a bit more flavour, but it is still ok. Decent amount of beef slices. Beef balls are soft.
The fried dumplings are good. Flavourful and juicy inside.
Total was $17 for 3 dishes. Good value, especially for food court.
