Neli is very friendly and helpful. Love her service. However, we noticed that the ingredients in our food is lesser compared to last time. As for the ice kacang, the bowl is too small and i feel it shoud be in a bigger bowl.

Came on Sat late noon and seated promptly. Order via online and food arrived in total about 20 minutes for Assam Laksa and Prawn noodle. Was caught by surprised when this staff cleaning the table when we just finished. Was observing other staffs cleaned up the table after the diner left. There are still plenty of seats available which I found it weird why the staff came and no question ask just clean up...

Had bad experience at this JEM outlet. My partner and I had the prawn fritters, sambal stingray, sambal kangkong and deep fried sweet n sour seabass. Firstly prawn fritter was super oily and overfried. We can taste that the oil used was old and they did not bother to drain the oil first before plating. Refer to photo for reference. Secondly, sambal stingray deserve a 0/10. Stingray used was old, meat was rubbery and sambal was seriously underwhelming. Not to mention they did not even bother to spread the sambal entirely on the stingray. Sambal kangkong was a little bit too salty but OK. Deep fried seabass was the best out the dishes we ordered but below average compared to other restaurants. Overall damage was about $60+. Totally disappointed with the quality of food served. We didnt have any issue with Penang Culture in terminal 1 outlet. Perhaps management should check with the kitchen crew and do some quality control.

The food is really so so… flavour not so authentic, quite adjusted. The assam laksa lacks punch and was served luke warm. The Penang fried Kuay Teow lacks sweetness and soy sauce flavour. The rojak has dough fritters that is sooooooooo hard that you cannot pierce it with a fork. It needs to be picked up with chopsticks or scooped with a spoon. So I think the dough fritters is not fresh. Salted egg mantis prawn, it’s like a lot of batter.. flavour is great but I donohow much prawn there is cos we can’t see the prawn after biting it open. Hmm Overall, I won’t be back for for this price point and quality of food. Also I saw the staff actively approaching clients to give them review on google. Perhaps that’s why they have so many reviews.

Had my birthday lunch recently during their High Tea promotion. Overall the dishes here were decent but can be improved in terms of the fragrance and tasty level. The plus point for me in this restaurant is that they hire Down Syndrome staffs, which is kind of heart warming for me.

Casual atmosphere, seems like a good place for family meals.
Food is not too bad. Tauhu goreng portion seems small but maybe that is the standard these days.

Food turned out to be not so bad.
Had laksa, nasi lemak, kueh pie tee, salad you tiao, and a dessert.
Laksa is closed to the authentic Penang hawker-fare. The amount of fish is slightly lesser however make the experience smoother with less chewing. I added dollop of chilli to take it to next level.
Nasi lemak has the right standard.
Kueh pie tee keeps the crisp while the jacama retains own sweet juices. I would wish the pie tee chili to be more spicy though to balance the overall sweetness.
Service is fine, and they do take reservations. Worth visiting if nearby.

Although there was no queue when visited on 18 June 2023 at opening time of 11 AM, there were already five groups of diners seated. Ordering was via the QR code printed for each table. Drinks came shortly after ordering, whilst the food took a little while longer to arrive. Had actually reserved a table via Oddle, but strangely staff informed they had no record of my booking. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

I had a missing order from my delivery. Melly from Penang Culture JEM went out of her way to help me solve the issue. She has given exceptional service, responding promptly and with genuine concern. She made sure the missing item was quickly replaced. Her professionalism and kindness truly made my day. Thank you, Melly, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one!

Just had my lunch here, tried their tahu goreng, hokkien mee and finished it with a cold beverage...satisfying...tahu goreng crispy but soft inside soaking in a very tasty peanut sauce and strips of vegetables, hokkien mee is greater than equal, just enough sambal to make it sing and prawns are fresh not from frozen bag...all in all I would recommend this place at Jem Jurong, Penang Culture..try if you happen to be in Jem Jurong..friendly staffs and ok service...
