I liked the beef but preferred the pork broth soup. Ordered only 1 set and it’s enough for 2 pax.
Service of the staff can be a little better. It’s very difficult to get the attention of a staff. And when I asked for chili sauce, the staff looked very annoyed and only gave me a small scoop of chili.
It’s a little on the pricier side for the quality of food.

Chili has more heat than aroma, soup abit thin, bamboo shoots abit unbalanced, needs a bit more sweetness. Beef tendon needs abit more flavour, ikan bilis needs abit more umami.

First time trying this restaurant with my mum and the food is pretty good. Price is also reasonable.
The staff here is pretty friendly, so it creates a nice atmosphere to dine in.
However, it did feel like they gave less noodles for my bowl instead of my mum’s, so it was kind of disappointing. I decided not to pursue the issue but I do hope that they’re more careful in the future 😢

Coco is great! She serves with care.
We ordered beef noodles (add on noodles) for lunch.. looking at the order she immediately serve us with an additional bowl without us asking.
Another example is she patiently explained to uncle the afternoon tea noodles set.. and help take uncle's order (no hp to scan qr code) manually...

Not bad, the food came in quickly after I ordered and the waiters & waitresses warmly welcomed us despite the peak hour.
The noodles were very fulling and I like the vinegar drinks which helps in digestion.
I didn't give it a full 5 stare because of the spacing in the restaurant, it's very tight somehow and people beside can hear what you're conversing about. Overall I think I'd give it a 4.5 🌟

We ordered the spicy beef noodles and authentic beef noodles w tendon and wagyu, along with two sides of century egg tofu and braised beancurd. Everything was portioned nicely and tasted yummy! They also provide interesting drinks choices like Taiwanese Soybean drink.
Staff were professional and friendly! Love that they still provide hard copy menus which is perfect for my elderly dad.

Food is good, not too salty and quantity is just right. This is the second outlet i have been to and the service is exceptionally good, especially Mei Ling. I seldom come across a service staff who was that attentive. I was feeling cold having sit under the aircon duct but she offered me a scarf just to keep me warm. I will definitely patronise again, keep it up! Hope the management can retain such good staff.

This is probably the restaurant my family goes to the most in Westgate, and our favourite tarpau during the pandemic. Great food, fast service and no need to wait for tables on a Sunday.
Over the years we've tried most of the dishes on the menu. All the beef ones are excellent and why we first came here. The others are also good and more recently we've also been taking the fish fillet noodles. Appetizers are well done and we like them enough to order all for kinds when my kids are with us
We're here again one week after our last visit so we obviously highly recommend it!

Came during weekday night for dinner, it was crowded but the waiters quickly had a table cleaned and ready to serve. The food was on the pricier side, knowing it’s under Paradise Group, however the food was awesome without much to complain. If I were to nitpick, I would say more vegetables or other greens can be added to make it more nutritious. Other than that, everything is fine. Would definitely come back again for their comfort food!
