Peak hour service only 1 counter service open for non-premier banking with so many queue and slow process it takes more than 1 hour even when the queue only 3-4. I dont know the bank service in Singapore is so bad like this, is there anyone know which bank has good service? This is wasting my time so much

Horrible service . The lady at the counter very unfriendly. Despite no one in queue, refused to give me a 1 minute advise on how to access specific online function and insisted me to take a queue number. Actually that's the reason for her existence yet she don't want to just give a 1 minute advise

6 counter only 2 staff working . All the customer have to find seat and sleep ! Best part is corporate customer like myself who have to pay monthly fee for their service have to wait so long to be serve. More then half an hour no a single corporate no. was called . OCBC service is getting worst

Waited 2 hours for nothing ! How can the tellers serving customers leave their counters at the same time. Only 10numbers called during the 2 hours! Do I need to wait for another 2 hours for my turn! Decided to leave the bank!

No clear notices of where to q for what. Outside staff not helpful and not very polite.
I was there to exchange new notes for 60 and above. A few points below for those using this service :
1) Q at the correct q and in the correct direction
2) Go early. There is a limit to this exchange.
3) Prepare your cash as this exchange is for cash only. They will not use your debit card to deduct from your account.
4) Be prepared to q standing for the counter service to exchange new notes. (We are 60 years old and above, would it be so difficult to come up with a system so that we have a seat while waiting?)

The cust service at front entrance very helpful. But cust service at the counter SUPER SLOW. There’s 6 counters here but only 2 open. Almost 20min waiting but the number not even move at all..

Was at OCBC at 9.45am on 17 Jan 2025 to queue for new notes at ATM. There are 2 queues but no one guided customer as to which is for ATM and which is for counter exchange of new notes. Atm and counter opening hours are different by half an hour🤔🤔 i manage to get to change the new notes at ATM machine but only for 2 bundles exchange. After I have done and I kindly asked a young man staff for red packets but he says only at 11.00am. Then i asked do i have to queue again and his unhelpful answer is no. He told me he is new which i do not accept his way of reply. Whether new or old staff should reply in a professional way as in the eyes of customer, he is representing the bank. I also feedback to one of the lady staff outside the bank to say that OCBC should operate slightly earlier during this festive season. I saw many many elderly waiting to change new notes and some could not stand too long due to their age. I could only say OCBC is one of the top bank but lousy service👎👎just hope the bank will improve this area in the future. Thank you

Very very slow service. Staff are not efficient at all. Even saw a lady using her phone continuously and not serving customers at the personal banking counter. Only after more than 10mins later she then press the queue number to start serving customers. Be prepared to wait more than 3hrs

Professional , helpful and polite staff. I took a ticket of 2012 at 11am. It took me 1 hour to reach the counter. There are 6 counters for counter services but only 3 were operating. It seems that arrangement of manpower could be improved.

As a premiere banking customer,I am disappointed greatly by the service rendered by my RM and premier hotline customer agent who seems to be clueless or just can't be bothered to own the issues that I was facing. I will be planning to swap out my RM in the near future

Had to open a new account and honestly Afiqa customer service is great and was very helpful through out my query about my Crad transaction and also on steps to get things done. On the other part Tay Loong Gan was really great too in assisting me in opening account and very humble gentlemen. So far this is the best OCBC branch I've been to. Thanks to this 2 individuals.
