today is the launch of the happy meal new toys and we decided to get two happy meal for the toys and was told only left one design?! so fast?!? rather suspicious that the other design so fast sold out and there wasnt any sold out tag on the display either. the server was quite rude too

What have Mcdonald become? Got my family breakfast with missing one coffee, no butter for 🥞 hotcake? Have to go down the stair with the crowd to get my 🧈butter and ☕ coffee Yet the hotcake is not even hot which is unacceptable base on other experience standard i have 👎🏻 One time Peach McFizz run out when wanting to use deal ridiculous, should have let user know first before check out With all the bad reviews, I still find this Mcdonald better than Jurong Point outlet which is more noisy and crowded Service is slow espcially lunch and dinner timing, but the auntie worker are very attentive and told if I've to return the tray and help me return it while I'm still enjoying my drink and watching my tablet, but overall sometime service can be very bad. But I like it here because the Atmosphere is nice for a place to study during tea time Although Jurong Regional Library is better near here The only complain I have is with Mcdonald app not the outlet itself where their mobile app is not user friendly at all, can't turn off ads on their setting and favrorite outlet Sometime it's already 12pm waited until 12:05pm some of the deals are still locked Extremely dislike how I'm not able to know how much time my points have left to expire, and there no points refund where outlet don't have the item available but I've the option to redeem it after i know it was unavailable? Ridiculous

Scanned the table, but it sent us to a different location, and when we asked about it several times, they said nothing about it and just told us it was getting ready. At some point the manager got involved and he told us to go all the way, even after we asked if they could help us cancel the order and just prepare it for us at that moment. We waited very long because we were misled, of course we were in the wrong for not checking but surely McDonald's as an establishment would have trained their employees to respond properly and in a timely manner?

Ordered self pickup ice cream, shaker fries and nuggets and went back to office. Once i reached the office i realised the icecream wasnt there and had to walk back to mcd to get it. Then after walking back from macs to my office again, I realised the shaker fries didnt come with any seasoning, only a bag to shake my fries in. Without any seasoning... I was too tired to walk back to macs a 3rd time so my staff did it for me and she was met with a rude mcd staff who wasnt apologetic at all. This isnt the first time that mcd has missed items and it is frustrating. More checks and SOPs should be put in place to prevent this frustration and wasting our time as consumers from coming back to collect these self pickup items😭

Look at your new burgers, how good they are! They are sold at $10 but are smaller than a chicken mccrispy. You must have add GOLD in these burgers! How nice you are! I can’t love you more, my little rubbish.

Absolutely slack in attitude and mismanaged. How can a Mc donalds be so inefficient with all its standardised processes worldwide. Please come and have a look! And be disappointed. The food never arrived after ordering from the online kiosk. Real fries with one ringlet vs whats promised. After 20 minutes

Pretty consistent food offering and located in between both Jem and Westgate. It’s a relatively big outlet with 2 floors so comes with many seats. We managed to get seats easily on a Sunday morning, and really like the peaceful atmosphere here. We used table service for our food and the uncle who served our food was friendly polite and helpful. Overall great and clean outlet

having the happy meal because of the tinytan collaboration! hamburger and corn are nicely pack, corn nicely drained of water before packing so nothing was leaking. i often meet water leaking corn cups so really appreciate this outlet! ordered mobile pickup for takeaway and was reading in less than 10mins. will definitely be visiting this outlet again.

My wife and I like the dining ambience here especially on a non-holiday weekday when it's relatively quite and peaceful to enjoy a nice MacDonald's meal. Today, we ordered our respective meals - a McSpicy with Cheese Burger Meal for her, a Beef Spicy Tomato Burger Meal for me, and a Chilli Crab Sauce with Medium Fries for sharing. As regards my order, the "New" Spicy Tomato Burger was nice and the Chilli Crab Sauce was good in that it's quite "authentic" in taste. So overall, it was nice lunch at MacDonald's for me at least.

Great 5* Customer Service from Manager Yani, who took the initiative to help clear the table when she noticed that I arrived and the previous customer didn’t clear it. She also assisted me when the McApp failed to add my McDeal in. Such professionalism and customer-centric focus from her! Really enjoyed my trip here. Recommended to come early and get a good seat with bright sun of the morning to start your day right! Thanks Yani for being your Best here at McDonalds! Wishing you and the staff here all the best!

McDonald's is as standard as it gets. This branch is particularly nice because of its setup and location. The Latte from the in shop McCafe barista was surprisingly good ! Even better than some Starbucks or Coffee beans.

Relatively crowded most of the times, you may see quite a few number of students studying there at times. There are 2 levels at this outlet along with a decent amount of seats (shouldn’t be too hard to find one most of the time). There’s an self ordering machine on the second floor so you don’t have to go down again to order. Staff are Super friendly. The McDonald is between 2 Malls and right beside Jurong East Mrt station - very convenient.
