brought cheese fries but taste like plain fries because theres only a sprinkle of seasoning??? then why i buy for terrible behaviour i always buy cheese fries from this outlet but this time it is really unacceptable what is the staff doing waste my money to eat plain fries ….

Bought the crispy chicken voucher on Shopee, and i was given a completely wrong order by staff on duty. The food item i received, was ordered more than 10 minutes before my order, no wonder it was completely cold Would love to get in contact, but no appropriate channel and email is available, to make up for the price difference, as well as feedback on the staff on duty who tried to hide that she gave the wrong order intentionally.

I stumbled upon Taimei while exploring JEM during my trip to Singapore and it was such a pleasant surprise! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food reminded me of my travels in Taiwan. I ordered the fried chicken with spicy powder and a taro milk tea—both were delicious! Great spot for a quick, tasty meal. Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area!

Absolutely love Taimei at Jem! 😍 The fried chicken is crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, seriously addictive! Their bubble tea is also a must-try, especially the milk tea with pearls. On top of the delicious food, the staff are super friendly and polite. They always serve with a smile and make the experience feel warm and welcoming. It’s one of my favorite spots whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommended! 💯✨

I always stop by Taimei whenever I'm at JEM! Their fried chicken is super crispy and flavorful—never too oily, and the seasoning is just right. I love pairing it with their bubble milk tea (the brown sugar one is amazing!). Affordable prices, quick service, and consistently good food. Definitely one of my go-to comfort food spots in Jurong East!

Got a voucher from Shopee for the tater tots at $2, and came by to redeem it 🤤 The tater tots did take awhile to be ready due to the constant stream of customers. And definitely was hot when it was received - which makes for a good snack! It wasn’t too salty too (the OG flavour), and has a little spice to it which was good. Definitely will look for more of these vouchers in future to revisit 👍🏻

I absolutely love Wo Ai Taimei! The food is consistently delicious and freshly prepared especially the crispy chicken, which is perfectly seasoned and so addictive. The bubble tea is also a must-try, with just the right balance of sweetness and chewiness in the pearls. The portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and service is always friendly and efficient. Whether it’s a quick lunch, dinner, or snack, Wo Ai Taimei never disappoints. Highly recommended!

One thing I really appreciate about Taimei in JEM is how clean and organized everything is. The preparation area is tidy, the staff wear mask, and the whole shop gives off a sense of professionalism. You can tell they care about hygiene. At the end of the day, always clean up the entire shop even is unreachable part. On top of that, the food is consistently good—crispy chicken, well-balanced tea, and fast service. Cleanliness + quality = 10/10.
