I was given the wrong order, Korean kimchi instead of kani sticks. I hate kimchi, so had to throw away the whole row and get myself another dinner

This outlet repeatedly miss out on my protein order. Twice in a month to be exact. When feedback is lodged to their email, it goes unanswered

The food is great, but the attitude of most of the staff members at this outlet makes me think twice before picking this for my meal

I love Maki-San, but it can be quite pricey. I also feel that this outlet gives less ingredients than the one at Jurong Point, and there are no seats at this outlet for dining in.

Made my order wrong. Requested steamed Ebi, Enoki mushroom and Tamogoyaki and ended up getting the prawn replaced by cucumber. It wasn't even ticked off weird.

The Indian lady decided to prepare our roll without wearing her mask! Extremely unhygienic! I thought it is MUST to wear one when preparing food?! Please get your staffs to follow the SOP, don’t put your customers at risk! Nobody wants to have saliva droplets on their food! Thank you!

Purchased extra sauce for$1 and it was missed out. :-( Usually food is ordered online by children but being my first order personally at the shop, I assumed extra sauce would be included in the boxes. Should have checked with the staff when leaving though but service staff should also have been diligent, in my opinion.

This was my second time ordering takeaway from here, a Mega San Salad like before, and my, was it an absolute delight. It's to the point where this is going onto my list as a future staple that I'll come back to every so often.

It is an outlet for takeaway only, but you may find shared public dining area nearby. This outlet is quite neat and small in space, and food preparation is kept clean. The staff I experienced was fast at preparing the orders, and I could actually pickup my items within 3min. The sushi should be wrapped tighter though.

Wide variety of maki rolls and house salads to choose from and if you cannot find what you want, you can customise the maki based on your preference. The price can be rather steep but it is filling.

The packaging is so pretty, which makes it so difficult to throw them away. For me, this DIY sushi requires a few attempt to find that right flavour that suits your taste. It's really an interesting concept. There is also salad option which in my opinion is more filling.

Take-away only. Quick service. Good selection of options. Interesting to wstch your maki being made (well it is the first few times)
