Ordered at 8.57pm, food was ready only at 9.19pm. Quite appalling for a fast food restaurant to take 22 minutes during non-peak hour. Worse, the patty looked so sad. This is not what I remembered of a tendergrill chicken burger. Saving grace is that it tastes good. There were flies flying around though😭

Worst drink and service attitude! My friend and I each of us ordered a set meal with hot chocolate and mine added on $1.80 for mocha. Upon received, my friend drink is diluted not sure what drink is that! And mine was not even mocha at all ,it's looked like diluted coffee,is dark colour!!( Mocha is dark colour?) When approached the counter staff, they just poured away the diluted hot chocolate and redo another using the same cup,but the taste is definitely not hot chocolate taste. And my mocha when I told the staff this is not mocha,looks like coffee, they insisted is mocha, and when I told her mocha should able to see some milk colour not just black, guess what, they just passed me 2 packs of creamer, no words to describe this kind of service!🤦♀️ We were in rush for lunch break so just left it! We used to came here for quick lunch, though we knew their service was not the best ,sometimes very slow, but didn't except such a ridiculous service!

There were only 3 small groups of customers in the stall as of 11:45AM and order has been 20 mins in their system before being served. Poor respond time.

Overall the food was good but why did it take so long? I feel like they prioritised other orders instead of mine. I expected food to come within 10 to 12 minutes for a fast food restaurant for this order, but it took 20 whole minutes… Just know if you have a large order here it will take MUCH longer than a small order

Try on the special menu items: the Cheesy Turkey Ham & Chicken Delight burger, the Cheesy Turkey Ham & Beef Delight burger, Mac & Cheese Bites and Caramel Pie. The cheesy burgers are like a party in your mouth with 10 flavorful layers, including a fried cheese ring. The Mac and Cheese Bites not bad has kinda a cheesy bites. The Caramel Pie is nice.

Whopper for the meat lovers, Plant-based Whopper for the animal lovers. Burger King keeps everyone happy. The Burger King at JEM is another great location for meetup with friends, plenty of seats available (avoid peak hours). For Plant-Based Whopper, vegans can opt not to have the mayonnaise and religious Vegans/ vegetarians can opt not to have the onions and mayonnaise.

I really have good experience with Burger King at Jems . The food well served and prepared. Portion sizes are great. My food been delivered fast even during peak hours . The staff really kind and helpful.

My order was made fast even when there was more than 26 people in the restaurant and a few customers ahead of me. Used code (DH14) for Whopper Cheese and Onion Ring Meal. Only area of improvement will be having the cheese more melted as well as leafy greens for the lettuce. (yellow) And it's not my type of beef burger. Is edible.
