Actually I want squid otah after work at 7.50 pm on 9/10/25 the male staff told me only left original, so I bought 2 cost 90 cents each. What anger me was the female cashier, whom often at the counter I noticed, she collected $10 from me, I got my change back $7.20 she turned to the male staff and started chatting, she thought I did not know she never pass me my paid food item. I stood there noticing her, and she pretended not to notice me and kept in chatting with the male staff next to her. I asked her where is my food item, she went, oh ya. She finally handed over to me. I am wondering why she wanted to scam $1.80 otah in thinking the customer would be blur enough to walk away after paying? She struck me as dishonest cashier even though she never gave me a receipt, i still can add a photo and of the original otak bought:

I was at the Jem location at 6.30pm only left 2 no spicy otah. The spicy otah has sold out. But the stall only closed at 9pm why the stock was not replenished as 6.30pm is still early.

I am very unhappy with their service. My helper bought the normal fish otah but was charged double! They are the one who packed the item yet charged us something more expensive, so ridiculous!

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food for the price of it. ($8.10 for the set) The rice is barely filling the base, just a thin layer of rice provided. The quality has been declining over the years. Safe to say I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Dear Lee Wee Brothers, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the disgraceful service I received today. As a delivery rider, I had to wait an unbelievable 30 minutes just to collect an order. To make matters worse, I watched as other customers, who arrived well after me, placed their orders and received their food before I did. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The fact that riders are being forced to wait so long while your staff seem completely disorganized is appalling. The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and utterly dissatisfied. If I had the option to give zero stars, I certainly would. I expect a much higher level of efficiency and respect for the people who are waiting to collect orders for customers. This is not how business should be run, and I will be hesitant to return or recommend your services to anyone moving forward. Dear Lee Brothers, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit. Despite there being three staff members present, I was forced to wait for over 30 minutes before receiving any attention. This level of service is completely unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating to experience such delays when the staff clearly had the capacity to assist customers in a timely manner. I understand that busy times can lead to delays, but this was far beyond reasonable, especially given the number of staff available. I expect better from an establishment that prides itself on customer service. I trust that you will address this issue to ensure that no other customers have to deal with such poor service in the future. I look forward to hearing how you plan to resolve this. Sincerely, Mani

Bought their Fried 3 joint wing Nasi lemak set for takeaway (this outlet at Jem only has takeaway option) at $5.90 and added a banana leaf squid otah for $1.90. Arguably, the most important thing I care about in a Nasi Lemak is the coconut rice and the sambal chilli. Lee Wee managed to get both of this correct. The rice could have done withmore coconut milk taste but it was savoury in taste as opposed to sweet in many cases. The chilli had some heat in it but also just a little sweet. The ikan bilis and groundnuts were provided for in a packet to keep its crispiness but portion was miserly compared with the competition. After that, it was all downhill. The pale looking, batter coated chicken wing was almost soggy, not crispy at all. Wonder if it was because of the takeaway. The fish otah and the extra banana leaf squid otah were both very ordinary. Certainly the latter was not worth the money. As for the fish cake, it was factory made and fried some time ago. Not a good first impression. If there is a chance, I will try it at other outlets to see if dining in makes a difference.

Bought sets 1 and 4 - overall average. Fried chicken is not crispy, seems like it has been cooked sometime. Otah ok, peanuts crispy rice also ok. I still prefer crave as their food seems more higher quality

Again! Where is my fried fish? I paid for fried fish set and no fried fish !!!!!

Ordered 2 mee siam, 2 curry chicken with buns 2 crispy fish fillet & 6 fish roe, & 2 banana leaf fish otak. Disappointed soft buns were missing. This is just bad service & should not happen. Spoke to Lee Wee personnel & she asked to collect the missing buns. This is absolutely ridiculous as we are paying for food to be delivered to us.
