I usually bought the puffs from either Vivo and Jur Point and Hillion Mall. I was relatively surprised with the amount of the hokkaido fillings pumped into the puffs.The filling was so little that with each bite u can see half of the puff was empty and filled w/ just AIR. I wished I could attached a picture of the puffs. Very disappointing!

I was quite disappointed to see a fly on the sourdough bread during my recent visit to the stall. On another occasion, my husband bought the sourdough home, and it tasted rather hard, as if it had been left overnight. I hope the stall can pay more attention to hygiene and quality control.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this outlet. While I was waiting to place my order, another customer who had already paid continued standing at the counter and blocked the way. Despite me clearly waiting, the cashier did not acknowledge me or invite me to order until I spoke up myself. I also saw the staff enthusiastically serving some customers while ignoring the rest, which gave the impression of unfair treatment. All customers deserve to be treated with equal courtesy and efficiency. This would be my last time buying from this outlet.
