Tried their trial. And im really sadden by it.
I have sensitive skin and although they mentioned they used gentle products on me and its suitable for sensitive skin, my skin still swelled up. Basically my face was worse than it did before. It got duller and dryer as well.
They claimed my skin is hypersensitive.... but I have done facial elsewhere before and this hasnt happened.
Saving grace was that they were decent enough to refund me the additional session that they hardsold to me and admitted their products werent suitable for me.
Soo, my take is probably dont take it word for word when they say they understand your skin and all at your first visit.
Overall now im just sadden by the outcome. Dont know how long i will need to recover from this :(

Booked the $28 trial I came across online and ended up getting hard sell. Asked me if I want to top up for ampoule ($100+, now promo cos first time $58)
I said no it’s fine, and she said “actually you need leh because after extraction will have wound. Put this better, will heal faster” (then what is the point of asking me if I want to top up??)
Then after the facial, asked me go inside the room. Hard sell me for half an hour. I said at least 10 times “no, it’s okay”, “another time”
She went on to say - use Atome la. Let it deduct money every month. Every month $70+, ok right? Not so much right?
Also added on that “when we are tight, we use this Ma, right a not?” (In my head I’m like, I no money, all the more I should save) she went on to tell me “this is the cheapest alr, Jean yip no this price before)
I feel very disappointed at the hard selling part. My friend told me to report to CASE

Shld have read the reviews before bookg the $18 promo. They'll upsell you but there is no difference in treatment..then they'll pretend to waive it to make u buy their package. Such a stupid tactic. It's a scam, dun fall for it.

Was walking around Jem one day and came across Jean Yip Aesthetics salon. It’s classy and welcoming furnishes really caught my eye. Walked in to enquire about facial and was greeted by the nice and pleasant Yvonne. She was professional and explained my options well. Then I filled up a standard info form and then was led inside. I was surprised on how many rooms they have and I can see that effort was made for customer experience. There I learnt that it’s actually a new shop. Went thru the facial process with the same lady who explained each procedure and their state of the art equipments. I am surprised that the staffs here are multi talented. From sales to hands on, it has been the same lady who followed thru. I have visited a few facial joints before but have not experienced anything on par with this shop. I walked out with this remarkably refreshing feel and ended up signing a multiple session package due to the perks and good service. Pity that the shop front was not located strategically at level 3. I would have missed this if I had not taken a walk round the corner but glad that I did made the extra few steps. After the visit, a number of my female colleagues commented about my face being vibrant and healthy. I have never received such compliment in my life and I know at that point that my investment is well worth. Hope this review can provide some insights to people who are in a dilemma where to choose for good revitalising facial experience.
