The striploin steak is food court grade, the baked escargot (photo below) is bitter and the carbonara had the rotten egg smell. However, instead of bringing it back to the kitchen, the waitress insisted that’s how the classic carbonara is supposed to be and emphasised 3 times that I can change the dish but cannot get a refund. Excuse me, I’m not trying to get a refund, I’m just trying to get a decent dish to eat. I have eaten so many carbonara before and even mixed the raw eggs myself but never tasted one with a rotten egg smell like this before.
I had to order a new dish as I can’t get the refund and luckily it was quite good. That’s why I gave 2 stars for the food.
The food also took so long to be served (average 30mins per dish). I was feeling unwell and just wanted some hot nice dish, but eventually became more tired because of a long waiting time, lousy dishes and a not so good customer service.

Steak was the best, got new Zealand pasture fed ribeye. Hope the cow got to enjoy New Zealand grass freedom. Iced coffee was huge! Like beer glass kind of huge? Around 7-8 inches tall, very worth it. Crispy mushrooms great, better than the fried meatballs (not a fan of the meatballs sour sauce tho, too sour). Strawberry milkshake v nice.

The steak is nicely charred and the price is reasonable. The side dish set is well served, and I was pleasantly surprised that the service is good too. I didn’t like that you have to like the page to get a discount, so I paid the usual price. Definitely worth it.
The portions can be quite large for small eaters. My husband had the set lunch and could finish it easily (steak 300g), and mine was 150g.

Amazing customer service by Christina. The wagyu tenderloin we ordered was really tender and tasted good. The carbonara is authentic and is a definite order each time we visit, cooked with guancale. The prices are fair given iSteak's dedication to bringing quality ingredients to the table.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at iSteak—the staff were friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The steak was delicious with a nice umami char, and the lamb was juicy, though a bit too fatty for my liking. There’s a great variety of side dishes to choose from, which is a plus!
If you’re lucky, you might catch their happy hours with $1.50 coffee/tea (iced) or $4 finger bites—definitely a nice deal!
This place is perfect for gatherings with friends and family. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Had a very good meal at iSteaks @ JEM today. I went for the natural beef burger and decided to add bacon and sautéed onions to it—definitely the right call! While the beef patty itself wasn't dry, it could have been slightly juicier, but the add-ons made all the difference. The bacon and onions added a fantastic contrasting sweet and savoury dimension that really elevated the beef flavor.
My friends were happy with their choices too. One had the grilled fish, which was seasoned very well, and the other had the fish burger, which was definitely above average compared to other places.
Overall, it was a satisfying meal made even better by the extra discounts we got by paying via the Grab app. Highly recommend checking that out if you dine here!

Both the mains we got were decent, portion size was just nice. We also had a lava cake that was absolutely delicious (finished so quick that there was no time to take a pic). Ambience was not the best as they use spotlights, and the table was quite dimly lit.

The place reminds me of Astons, where you get to pick 2 sides with your main. They’ve got some interesting sides like cauliflower cheese, cinnamon pumpkin, garlic eggplant, and sauteed brussels. I tried the lemon pepper chicken which is super tender and perfectly cooked. Drinks are affordable and come in big cups, and it’s pretty cool that they serve local kopi O and teh C too.
