Always associated G2000 with good service (if not, excellent). But i was proven wrong today by a female Chinese staff at 4pm on 29 Nov 2023. I was greeted with a strong unpleasant attitude like "dont waste me time, cut to the chase, do u know your size or not??" type of attitude. She never smiled and she spoke in a hurried condescending tone. scared me off and i was afraid to try another colour or size. i felt like i did something wrong or i met her on the day she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. G2000, please check on her. She's scaring customers away, u lost a customer and more potential ones who have read this review

This guy named Diva is a TOOOTAL diva. Me and ma best friend were shopping for prom and wanted to look like Ashton Hall. And ya know what this amazin' man did? He guided us through the entiiire process, was very patient and very knowledgeable about whatever he's doing. The second we said we needed a prom fit, he immediately knew what to do. The suits were a bit over oir budget but this king, Mr. Diva, managed to get us a whoppin' 30% discount! Aaand made us a new member for another 10 dollars off! Delectable customer service with him doing everything in his power to reduce the price of the suits to the point where we even went below our budget. Mad respect, yo. ✌️

G2000 has more limited selection but the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Keeping the changing rooms clean and eager to help customers with a positive attitude. Shoutout to Wai Hong! Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. He’s doing great.

Visited several outlets (Woodlands, Orchard, JB City Square) but this one is the best! Wai Hong was incredibly helpful in finding the specific Teflon pants design we wanted, and explained the slim fit is less produced than smart fit. Great experience. Will definitely visit this outlet again.

Was at the Jem outlet. Saw a top at 20% discount and decided to buy it. I wanted to pay using my mall evoucher. But couldn't figure how to redeem it using my app. The counter staff was very patiently helping me despite a small queue starting. She even told me not to waste it when i offered to pay using my card instead. Service was excellent from the fitting room to the cashier's!
