My Son loves the "Soft Cheese Trio" , it seems like only Jem branch has it. Why??? Check with the "ladies" there, my goodness all has the same "I'm not paid to answer questions" attitude!!!

Terrible crowd control and lazy service!
There’s always a long queue, even with two cashiers on duty … they just can’t seem to manage the line efficiently. The shop is small and overcrowded, made worse by families who all squeeze in even when only one person is buying. Some even push in strollers for no reason, blocking others from picking bread from the display.
The worst part is the service - the cashier just leaves the packed bread on the counter after bagging it, without even handing it to customers. It’s careless, lazy, and shows zero sense of customer service. Management really needs to step up, train their staff properly, and fix the way they handle crowds. The food might be good, but the overall experience is frustrating and unpleasant.
On top of that, staff here are constantly chatting and joking among themselves instead of focusing on customers. It’s frustrating to watch them talk away while the queue just gets longer. Please, just focus on your work and provide proper service.
I really hope the management takes notice of all these reviews … this outlet has some of the worst, rudest, and most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. Such a waste, because the products are good, but the experience is completely ruined by poor service and bad attitude!

Cashier auntie is not the most polite people in the world. My family loves the bread and will brave to buy the bread despite the cashier and long queues.
Everytime I went to the bakery, I do feel like an outsider intruding into someone’s home, the assistants and cashiers will be chatting very loudly among themselves and give very little attention to the customers. Their motto is to minimise all communication with customers. But I have to give them credit to their efficiency. Kudos to quality of breads and variety tho.

When I go to buy my bread . By accident I took the wrong tray . The cashier told me that I had took the wrong tray . I look around and than I realize there is another tray . So I apologize to the cashier . But she give me a kind of look . Like I owe her lots of money . Please la . Every body do mistake sometimes. Don't have to give me the look .And I forgot to tell her to separate my stuff into two receipts. She refused to do so . And just telling me there will be shortage of money .it just whether you want to void the bill and re key it again or not.just don't give people this reason. Quite frustrated over this . Hope she can improve if she wants to work in service line

I ordered two slices of cake from Four Leaves at Jem and unfortunately despite paying for two slices, I only received one. This oversight was disappointing, the incomplete order significantly detracted from my overall satisfaction.
I hope the establishment takes steps to ensure such mistakes are avoided in the future to maintain the trust and satisfaction of their customers!!!Bad review for the incomplete order!

The young girl attitude problem, slamming the tray and while she was putting my bread in the plastic bag can sense she having a bad attitude towards me. i was queuing and she allow someone to cut my queue without saying anything. Very bad. I prefer the aunties, always smiling and have better attitude. Can check cctv refer my receipt.
Just realised the girl charge me wrong! I brought 3 Bread each$2 , but charge me $9.50.

There was once a lady in front of me took all my bread & left, just bcoz the counter staff always packed & just leave our bread on the table instead of handing over to us. Egg Mayo! No trace of the Mayo. Can’t find any Spicy Tuna bun from several outlets. Lesser choice now

Cranky aunties, brusque cashiers and narrow aisles - yet business is brisk all day. Ask for an-pan and aunties just make a face about say, no more.
Okay I walked out. But don't think anyone cares

One of the few outlets of Four Leaves that served the same traditional bread.
Not much new variety. Staff manners depend on the day of their mood.

The cashier aunty juz now at jem around 235pm are damn rude. If you cannot say nicely to ur customer, dont become a cashier.

This is on a weekday 6:20pm. Really? They have been decreasing the different breads available. Breads that are available at other outlets are not available here.
The cashiers are curt and borderline unfriendly.
At 7pm or so, they actually look annoyed (if) you dare to walk in. It’s almost as if they deliberately bake lesser so they can close up earlier.

Check before you Purchase

Don’t even deserve a ⭐️ . Why? Because of the staffs at this outlet. I suppose this particular outlet has the worst and rudest staffs as compared to other outlets. They have 0 customer service skills and are not trained at all!
Hate it when they just pack the bread and leave it at the counter without handing it to the customers! Cashier don’t even bother to ask what payment mode we are using! They need 2 staffs at counter, one to pack the bread and the other one to collect payment, yet they can’t even do a proper job.
Would rather walk over to Westgate and buy from BreadTalk!
