Casa Vostra at JEM (#01-03) brings authentic, modern Italian dining to Jurong East with an impressive menu of handcrafted pizzas and traditional pasta dishes. Chef Antonio Miscellaneo expanded his successful Raffles City flagship to JEM in September 2025, offering a larger dining space with approximately 80 seats, roughly 30% more capacity than the original location. This second outlet introduces JEM-exclusive crispy fried pizza creations and a family-friendly menu alongside the signature handmade pizzas and house-rolled pasta. Located near Jurong East MRT at 50 Jurong Gateway Road, Casa Vostra operates daily from 11:30am to 10pm, welcoming families, couples, and groups seeking contemporary Italian cuisine.
The culinary philosophy at Casa Vostra centers on authentic Italian trattoria traditions executed with modern sophistication. Pizza selections are organized into three categories: Neapolitan Red featuring tomato-based sauces, Neapolitan White with creamy cheese foundations, and the signature Doublecrunch pizzas with fillings between two dough layers. Every pizza is prepared fresh with artisanal techniques developed by Chef Miscellaneo. Beyond pizzas, the menu features hand-rolled pasta prepared daily, house-cured charcuterie, and carefully selected Italian ingredients. The restaurant tailors portions and preparations to suit different dining occasions, from casual meals to special celebrations.
Casa Vostra JEM offers something special for diverse dining preferences with kid-friendly menu options and family-focused activities alongside sophisticated adult dining. The restaurant's warm, contemporary Italian ambiance provides the perfect setting for various occasions. With professional service staff trained to ensure guest satisfaction, Casa Vostra delivers an elevated dining experience that honors Italian culinary traditions while embracing modern dining expectations. Note that the restaurant is not halal-certified.
There were many flies around which made the experience uncomfortable. We were only told about a dining time limit at the end of the meal, which felt abrupt. The place is nice but the food was below average considering the long queue and price.
Ordered the Mammas Aglio e Olio, it was very oily and bland with no spice or flavour. Though, the carnivora pizza was tasty with a rich flavour and soft bread that I enjoyed.
The Polpette alla Fonduta, which are beef meatballs in taleggio sauce, was strong and creamy. The Calamari Fritti was average, the coating kept falling apart but the garlic mayonnaise was good.
Overall the food was hit or miss. Some dishes were bland while others were too strong. The flies were the worst part.
Not worth the time or price since it is inconsistent. Disappointed.

Went during off peak after 2 pm to avoid the crazy queues. The fried pizza is a novelty for this outlet but it just reminded me of prata somehow 😂. Maybe the other flavours would be better. Had this beef cheek pasta which was pretty good but a tad bit oily.

Ordered 2 pizzas (Carnivora and Tartufo e Funghi), 2 pastas (Mamma's Aglio e Olio and Carbonara, Rigatoni) and 2 desserts (Tiramisu and Coppa al Pistachio).
First off, the pizzas were made fresh, stretched super thin with a super fluffy crust that is baked with the right amount of char. The truffle on the Tartufo e Funghi smelled magnificent, the cream sauce was rich and the flavours were not as overpoweringly earthy as some other mushroom pizzas could get.
For the Carnivora, this is a good pizza option as well, but I would say this was much saltier than I expected. It is mildly spicy, and somehow the chilli on the pizza was quite reminiscent of Lao Gan Ma's chilli.
Pastas were cooked to al dente perfection. The aglio olio was not dry, a little on the oilier side and did not have an overwhelming amount of minced garlic (which I really appreciate).
The rigatoni was rich and creamy, and I loved the way the shaved pecorino romano melted slightly into the sauce.
Lastly, desserts: the Tiramisu was light and refreshing but the Coppa al Pistachio stole the show for me. The pistachio gelato by itself was milky and not too sweet. When eaten with the sprinkled chopped pistachios, it was just escalated to a really rich pistachio flavour, 10/10 highly recommend.
Overall, I think the food was great, though quite a few of the dishes were saltier than I would have preferred. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful, and the ambience was good, even for outdoor seating.

Walk in on a weekend afternoon at around 4.30pm and waiting time is between 30 to 35 minutes to be seated.
Upon ushering into the resturant and brief by service staff that dining duration is one hour and there is a water dispenser with freeflow of plain water.
Ordered the Calamari Fritri, Carbonara Rigatoni and Prosciutto e Rucola Pizza.
The food is nice and tasty especially the pizza is super delicious.
Service staff are also very friendly and attentive checking on the customer requirement.
Overall experience is pretty awesome as good customer service and nice ambience.

We started queuing at 11am before the shop opens at 11.30am. However, we only get to be seated at 11.40am. Only 60min duration to eat and we have to scan through the menu prior entering the restaurant to save time as there are many diners queuing too.
Once seated, we use the QR code to scan and order food. Food came after 20mins.
The food is okay. The pizza dough is soft and airy. The carbonara is kinda thick and the pasta is thick and chewy. I would prefer a smoother version.

The pizza bases were really good. Crust had excellent texture and flavour. Toppings were generous.
Pasta wise, ravioli had a lot of cheese and thus may be too strong for some people, was fine for me. Beef Parpapadelle was very good as was the panna cotta.
Service was excellent. Though noise level of the place was abit loud. Came during lunch so the wait was only around 20 minutes.

Absolutely brilliant experience! The food was outstanding - I ordered the pesto orecchiette, lasagne bolognese, and Carnivora pizza, and honestly couldn’t fault a single dish. The pesto orecchiette was the absolute star of the show - the flavours were incredible and it’s now one of my favourite dishes!
The lasagne bolognese was rich and satisfying, with perfectly layered pasta, and the Carnivora pizza didn’t disappoint either - great quality ingredients and cooked to perfection.
Special mention to Ham, the manager, who was so welcoming and made the whole experience even better. His hospitality really added to the evening.
Highly recommend - will definitely be back!

An Italian place I've been looking forward to trying. It always has a long queue, especially after 5 30-6pm onwards so be prepared to wait for at least 30 mins.
Had a pizza and 2 pastas. Beef check pasta was good, meat was flavourful and pasta not overpowering cooked. I forgot what my darling ordered but it tasted good and the little cracker bits were savoury and nice.
Pizza was great, meat generously placed though the dough base itself was oddly soft so rather difficult to hold.
Overall a delightful visit.

Free tap water available - 5 stars immediately.
Finally visited their new JEM outlet and we really enjoyed it. The queue wasn't bad at all when we came in at 8:20 PM or so on a weekday. We might have queued for about 15 minutes at most.
We ordered their polpette alla fonduta, diavola pizza, and pesto orecchiette. All were good, per the Casa Vostra standard, but we were new to the polpette and pesto pasta. We prefer the normal polpette starter over this one with the fondue as it's a lot tastier and less heavy. The diavola was fantastic - always a recommendation if you want something tomatoey and cheesy with a hint of basil and delicious (slightly spicy) meat. The pesto pasta was great as well. Would love a nut-free version if possible (not sure if this recipe has nuts as it doesn't say on the menu, but I'm assuming it does as pestos generally have nuts. Overall good service and great food!

not my first time having it. would say generally the food's okay but i wouldn't say it's WOW amazing if you have to queue an hour for it. the pizza's nice, but the base is a little too wet for me? I like a thicker sauce i guess.
the salad's a good appetiser. good for 3 people. a little too much for 2.
their garlic mayonnaise is good...
tip: if you see the bar seats empty and you are alone or with only another person, just go straight to the counter and ask if you could take the bar seats.

Casa Vostra at JEM is one of those places where you can truly taste the difference in quality and craftsmanship. Every pizza is freshly made with beautifully blistered crusts and flavourful toppings — we tried the Burrata, Tartufo e Funghi, Carnivora and 5 Formaggi e Pear pizzas, and each was excellent in its own way. The pasta (Funghi Mafaldine) was rich, creamy and cooked to perfection, while the Porchetta was tender with an irresistibly crisp crackling. The Calamari Fritti was another highlight — light, crispy, and perfect with the dip.
Do note that queues start forming even before the restaurant opens, especially during lunch and dinner hours, so be prepared to wait. They also have a 1-hour-10-minute dining limit, but pizzas take some time to be served since they’re freshly baked — so patience is key.
Despite the wait, it’s well worth it. Warm service, good vibes, and truly authentic Italian flavours make Casa Vostra a gem in the west. Definitely one of my favourite pizza spots in Singapore!

7pm queue on a friday night took about 45 minutes, but food was freshly prepared and tasted so good! We had the Carnivora pizza, spinach ravioli and Gricia Spaghetti and it was amazing! The dough was soft and sauce was good. Would definitely come back.

Tried the new Casa Vostra outlet at Jem. Ordered the Vongole linguine, Diavola pizza and Gianduja dessert.
The pasta was flavorful with fresh clams, garlic and olive oil — simple but satisfying. The pizza had a good balance of spicy pork salame, tomato and cheese. The Gianduja dessert with caramelised banana and hazelnuts was rich and enjoyable without being too sweet.
The waiting time for the pasta was slightly longer, likely because the restaurant just opened and many people were ordering. Note that dining time is limited to one hour, which adds a bit of stress if you want to enjoy the meal at a leisurely pace.

Food is great, we had the Fried Meatballs, Carbonara and Lasagnia. Every item had layers to their taste so its worth the price. Lasagnia was the best I've had. Service staff was very friendly and eager to help. Get in early at 5+ to secure seats:)
