The female staff definitely has an executive profile. She is decisive, can multitask, and most importantly, IT and familiar with various payment platforms.
That includes BCH's and Capital Malls' maddening system. Two female customers- one with BCH vouchers and the other with Capital e-vouchers.
Yet, she was able to serve both simultaneously and successfully completed the transactions.
Put to shame most retail outlets.
This is why we are going back again. Sadly didn't get her name.
That's what differentiate between the mechanical cashiers at FP and Delifrance. I would hire her immediately if I am a business owner.
But, alas, I am just an octogenarian - a BEE CHENG HIANG customer way back since the 1960s.
The bak kwa is, well, okay. But they have added a plethora of nick nacks and snacks.

Purchased item at jem outlet on Feb 9 2024 around 3pm. Went to the outlet happily because it’s cny. Got items for more as previous purchased not enough for gift. The staff wearing specs at cashier counter was super rude and bad attitude. Keep looking at her watch also when doing the transaction. What kind of service is this? The basic customer service also don’t know? Please educate your staff. Toys is def not the service you were being trained. And also this is not the first time.

The auntie is dishonest!
As the Bak kua is finishing, I been asked to patiently wait for 20 minutes, as they making the fresh one, so I requested all 500g fresh one. Then the auntie try to fool me by exchange the fresh one with the outside one and try to make me confuse.
Feel very disappointed as I always buy from this shop.
Strongly not recommend to visit store with dishonest people.

Have been avoiding this outlet for other BCH ones because they started 'burning' the ba kwa a bit too much even for me to lke.
Hopefully after they reopen they have a better 'cook'.

First time we see bak kwa ice cream do we decided to try and bought coin bak kwa and 1 piece of each to try - sliced pork, chili pork and applewood pork. So that we know what to buy when closer to cny which is 2 weeks from now!
