Terrible service and unhelpful staff (guy worker); was not able to answer questions about the toppings and gave inaccurate responses; was not apologetic when receiving feedback Acai and toppings were very sweet and below standards as compared to others in Singapore

so pissed off w my grab order my bowl isnt even as full as the ones in the pictures that other reviewers posted its like half the height and plus i cant eat superfoods granola but the fruits are still as pathetic like less than 1/4 the bowl and 3/4 all oreo crunch… should my other toppings be more if i cant eat the rest? the drizzle below is more like half portion than full overall bad experience for 14 dollars DIY bowl summore.. will not want to come back again😡

Ordered 'Basic Bxxx' large size (SGD$15.80) good for sharing for 2-3 pax Generous of the toppings given for the price wise. Ordered cookie crumble sauce that tastes like biscoff biscuit - very classic dressing for acai. One thing to shout-out is that they allow 50% of the dressing if you don't want too sweet! Got game boards to play while enjoying acai for a chill friend hangout! *Took me for a while to find the shop and realised it is just beside isteaks (western food restaurant) Reposting as Google review is not correctly reflected

Delicious açaí, with the most generous nut butter. This outlet has a nice seating area and even free board games. Edit: back again and had the pistachio topping this time and added almond butter. So good.

Relaxing and Warm environment for people to hang out during their free time. Have free board games for gatherings or people who want to play card games. Large bowl acai worth recommending as it has alot of fruits and ingredients you can customize.

Tried an açaí bowl for the first time! We picked one from the menu instead of making our own. The staff were helpful in giving recommendations. The fruits were fresh, and the medium size was quite filling. A nice, healthy treat!

The best Acai.. I ever had eaten.This SUMMER ACAI replace ur meal. I hv tried other brands.. but this is the SC is best. The bowl looks so tempting n well decorated with fruits n nuts. I ate clean without a mess and don't hv to dig in to find my fruits. I will come back for more. So healthy n feeling too. Just love it. So glad there are many outlets in singapore.

As usual, Summer Acai never disappoints. The flavours and amount of ingredients are sufficient and all was good. But I have to say, the acai was rock hard, and hard to scoop out. Not sure if this is a new outlet that’s why, or the SOP of melting etc was not well established, but the last time we had summer acai at another outlet, it was reallly good and perfect. Hope this changes, as I would love to go back. Also, the tables were wet and floor was sticky when we entered. :-(

did grab order and tbh the sauce and fruits couldve been more. mb for being a big back but 100% felt like 50% (sauce & fruits). acai was bombs though just wished there was more sauce and fruits when it comes to grab orders.

Service by the 2 men at JEM outlet on Sunday 22nd Dec was fantastic! They were very polite, very helpful and friendly. Acai was great as usual! Definitely recommend The Summer Acai :)
