The junior male stylist didn't know when to stop and how to read the room. After I told him the length was short enough, he tricked me and snipped off even more AFTER I expressed displeasure. Also showed him a sample photo where the hair length was longer. Disappointed at the lack of awareness and steamrolling over a customer's preference. He clearly valued his own agenda and disregarded the customer's.
Hair grows back but trust doesn't.

I visited the salon yesterday for the appointment with Beyonce at 1pm. However she was very busy attending other customers. Fortunately Sarina ( I hope I spell her name correctly) assisted with the highlight services. She bleached my hair carefully. She did a very good job from beginning of the process until the end. Even though the result was not as expected, however this turned out compliment my complexion better. Many thanks for her excellent customer service too.

Pleasant experience doing my hair. The hair stylist, James has been very patient with my difficult requests. He has given good recommendations to how my hair should be cut and colours. The salon also has nice massage chair during hair wash, though the massage function can hardly be felt.
