I went to the salon and they attended to me immediately without an appointment, which was excellent. I had a haircut, wash, and blow dry. I was attended to by a guy named James, whose service was very good and very friendly. I loved the result; it was exactly what I asked for.

Great service experience with James Lee, my long time hair stylist for more than 5 years. James Lee is very professional, providing design suggestions that suits my needs. Sometimes I might have special business and wedding functions, James Lee will try his best to accommodate to my timings and ensure that I have a good hair cut experience.

I visited the salon yesterday for the appointment with Beyonce at 1pm. However she was very busy attending other customers. Fortunately Sarina ( I hope I spell her name correctly) assisted with the highlight services. She bleached my hair carefully. She did a very good job from beginning of the process until the end. Even though the result was not as expected, however this turned out compliment my complexion better. Many thanks for her excellent customer service too.

Visited Team Salon Jem on 9th Sep. My first time hair appointment with Ms Beyonce, and I must give a Thumbs Up to Beyonce ! She is truly a professional hair stylist. She is well versed in Product knowledge, and able to give good advice in terms of what hairstyle and hair treatment that suit my needs. Besides, Beyonce is very patient, attentive and friendly. From the start, she took time to understand what I wanted and recommended a hairstyle that not only suits my face shape and lifestyle but also enhances my overall look. Her sense of style is spot-on, and you can really feel her passion and expertise in every detail.
She’s very patient and has a light, delicate touch that makes the whole process super comfortable. On top of that, she’s friendly, engaging, and fun to chat with.

The junior male stylist didn't know when to stop and how to read the room. After I told him the length was short enough, he tricked me and snipped off even more AFTER I expressed displeasure. Also showed him a sample photo where the hair length was longer. Disappointed at the lack of awareness and steamrolling over a customer's preference. He clearly valued his own agenda and disregarded the customer's.
Hair grows back but trust doesn't.
