Walked into the outlet to get one of my earrings from them fixed. Staff were friendly. KITTY assisted us as we peruse the store. We liked that she gave us space to look and try and make decision. Helped us with suggestions and insights. Even educated us about some designs which are very rare. He seemed to have a good grasp of diamonds and jewellery designs and whats in and whats out.
