Worse service. After sale service can't make it. The staff not even see the item probably already tell you this not coverage by warranty. I notice a chip off on they product. I ask then what that Swarovski can do for customer if we wailing to pay for the repair. They tell me can't anything. Is the wear and tear issue that cos the chip off. He very experienced in this and that. See also did not see. Solution also can't provide telling me here is shop not customer service department. Worse service. I go other store also did not have this type of worse service.

went into the store, there was about 5 sales person but none attended to me. i walked to one for assistance but he just gave me a side eye and continued talking to another sales person. only attended to me after i requested attendance from him. the rest of the staff just stood there and stared at me, no smiles or anything, just staring. overall a very uncomfortable shopping experience, would not want to visit this branch ever again.

Long story short, I will never purchase Swarovski again.
1. My Swarovski watch broke down within the warranty period. That shows the poor quality of their product.
2. 4 Jan sent my watch to them for repair and strap change. Their staff kept emphasizing repair and strap change are two different processes. Weird, but okay. I confirmed with their staff that at least two times that when I collect my watch, it is repaired and strap changed. The staff said yes. I paid $115 to order the strap.
In Feb I received an SMS that the watch is estimated to be ready on 4 Mar.
Come 4 Mar, the watch is not ready, which is fine because it was an estimated date. Finally on 28 Mar they call me to say the watch is ready for collection. Pretty late from their estimated date, but okay.
I came to collect today, the first thing I noticed was, although there were two staff in the store (a lady and a guy), only the lady was busy assisting customers. The guy was pretty much just standing there doing nothing. I expect he would come to assist me since the lady was busy, but the lady quickly came to assist me instead.
Then I noticed my strap has not changed. I asked them why. She looked surprised, but was able to quickly found my strap from her store. Then she asked for my strap receipt, which now I am surprised because nothing in the SMS and the call mentioned I need to bring the receipt for the strap. Then she was very adamant that I must produce the receipt. I offered to show her my credit card statement to prove my purchase.
Anyway , after a short unpleasant conversation, she was willing to help me out, change the strap and I managed to walk out with my watch. But she never failed to repeat multiple times that I shouldn't be allowed to collect my watch without the paper receipt.
I don't blame the staff, but the rather poor process that Swarovski has. How about using e-receipt or other e-authentication method instead of relying on paper receipt? I mean, you have a system to pull my phone number and purchase history, your staff also called my phone to confirm I am the customer, but your process mandates that paper receipt must be produced, and there was no mention about bringing the paper receipt in the call for collection?
3. The whole experience is just super put off. From the watch broke down within warranty period, to long wait of repair (almost 3 months), to their multiple staff appeared to be more focused on telling their customers about their internal processes than focusing on solving the customer's issue. If the paper receipt must be produced upon collection, please inform the customer throughout the communications. It is apparent that they have a pretty broken/outdated internal system and totally lack of customer-focus mindset.
To Swarovski management, this is a feedback from your customer who was a fan (bought several items over the years) but now no more.

Called their customer service and was told we could do a return at this branch. Shockingly, they conveniently forgot to inform us the shop is under renovation. What a joke of a team. They preferred to waste customers money and time. Very unprofessional and till date, no compensation for which is clearly their mistake and responsibility. No notice that this branch was also closed by their team, maps not updated or through their support line. If we could give a zero star rating, we would.

Staff with terrible attitude. Told us we are entitled to free gift then realized we are $2 short so cannot give free gift anymore. Then I tried to exchange the item but I will lose 10% discount for exchange item which means I need to pay full price for exchange item. Tried to use another discount voucher but also cannot because the top up amount is less than $250 (the item I wan to buy is over $300). Then no refund. Horrible experience. Never coming back to this team again.
