Cherry, she has a problem with understanding customer needs, she wants to sell what she wants without caring about what the customer needs. i ended up choosing a full size cream to redeem my points that had no expiration date and no information on the packaging
For redeem points usually all her colleagues will show me the redeem products but she told me she don’t have it and just tell me 2-3 products and she don’t want to understand what i needs she just want me to buy the items she wanted to sell
