Disappointed. My girl go cut the hair ans show the one of the hair stylish that she want cut her hair at eye level but he cut above eyebrow...and ask him cut a bit and follow the current hair style but cut till very short like boy ... Really disappointed.

Don’t know how to listen to instruction. I said to eyebrow and then proceed to cut 5 cm above eyebrow. Embarrassing to be called premium. Started from the front which has no sense at all, don’t know how to properly trim. I went to gucco and paya lebar one which is absolutely perfect, while the JEM one is concerning.

Sent my p1 son in for a haircut. We've been to the Holland outlet a few times and it's been ok. This was our first time at the Jem outlet. He came back with a very crooked fringe. I couldn't even look at it without cringing so ended up fixing it myself at home. Heard that the female hairdresser didn't seem very interested in listening to what my husband had in mind, and she seemed to just want to get the job over quickly. From the result, it is very apparent she didn't even bother to do a final check on her own work. Anyway, the outlet was quite busy at this point and we had errands to run, so we did not have time to go in and ask for a fix. Figured it would take less energy and time to do it ourselves. Major regrets for walking in to QB Premium today. Gonna stick with K Cuts and the barber shop we usually patronise from now on, even if it means making an extra trip on top of errands.

Just had the worst haircut from this shop. My previous cut at QB in Vivocity was very good. I just asked the guy here to maintain, and showed the same photo of hairstyle I wanted. Then my hair was thinned down unnecessarily on the top, and the slope is so unnatural that it does not connect with the top well and leaves a sharp corner at the side. I wanted a natural side trim and it turned out to be a secondary school student slope style. This is QB premium, 18 dollars, and you are much worse than other 10 dollar shops. So bad. The hairstylist does not even know what is good or bad. I do not want to identify him here, but this is really disappointing and ruined my day.

I wonder how premium is this house for a hair cut at $18. Not worth it especially for a men’s hair cut. Went to other house and still had a great cut at 2/3 of this price.

Hair stylist with blond hair (and on the larger side) is not very skilful. Got a haircut by him twice and he’s not very detailed and uses his tools too forcefully — to the point where it hurts (Eg shaver, scissors). Both times my hair turned out looking bad. While he’s a friendly guy, I think he needs to improve on his skills.

QB Premium at JEM made my day yesterday, 9th March ‘25, when I was there for trimming my hair for the very first time. I was attended by Yoke Chin who restored my hair length to what I have always wanted. She went to great details to ensure my hair was evenly trimmed. It was one of my best haircuts I ever had. my go-to haircut shop! hairstylist are all professional and patient. they are all very dedicated with their craft. you are able to choose stylist with +$2. would recommend to come during weekdays (around afternoon) to have shorter queues. as they are highly popular

Been cutting here (approx. every 1.5mths) since the outlet opened. Almost no problems in my cut until now. So far all stylists are competent but again my haircut is always simple, army short style, although my head shape make it tricky. Best haircut for me is by Alvin.

Got my cut here recently and have to say, not bad. The guy who cut me was very friendly and even joked abit with me. He asked if I got pic and I said yes. Told him exactly what i wanted as much detail as I could and he understood very well. My cut as just a trim for a middle part with the sides being able to brush back and texture and layers at the back. Overall, not my usual stylist but would definitely pick him next time I visit here for his friendly manner and understanding what I want.

Had an excellent experience with stylist Lancy Soh on Monday morning 17 June 2024 (I was second in queue #8002). She was very polite throughout and extremely meticulous in her work. I've been receiving compliments about my haircut and I'm so thankful for her skilful work! :) Will definitely come back again!!
