I had an unpleasant experience at the store due to the service I received. When I inquired about potential discounts for purchasing multiple bras, the saleslady asked how many I intended to buy. I mentioned that I needed to consult with my mother about buying together. The saleslady then responded in Chinese, "几岁了, 自己买啦," which translates to "How old are you? Buy it yourself," in a tone that felt rude to me.
When I decided not to make a purchase, the saleslady's demeanor changed, and she appeared visibly unhappy. This interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, and I do not wish to shop there again.

Terrible experience. The salesperson spoke no English and wasn't attentive to me and my friend's queries. When asking her about the birthday discount, she insisted that it's only for one item. I decided it wasn't worth it and ordered from the website instead. Such dishonest tactics to get more profit. I'm not impressed with the service. No offers to help with sizing or direction. If you're going to say so and so discount is applicable to one item, I have to see the policy. In no way shape or form did I see that in the birthday discount voucher T&C on the website when I logged in. Disappointing.

The Chinese auntie staff was unwelcoming with a bad attitude. She treated me as if I wasn’t going to buy anything at the shop. When I sought assistance, her attitude was still poor, very unhelpful. Won’t be returning.

Terrible experience at this shop. I usually use this product and know the market price, but the salesperson's body language was so rude and disrespectful, as if looking down on my mum and me. Their attitude and service were shockingly bad. I have money but i wont buy from this place.

Terrible service. I agree with the other reviews that the salesperson only wants to make a sale without giving a care about the customers' needs/wants. I bought a shaper and I wasn't sure about the size to get. She gave me a size and insists that it was the right size for me and it will only be a little tight. I wanted to get the other shaper (which was cheaper) but I was coerced to buy the girdle type (which was more expensive). I tried the shaper, I couldn't even fit. Since it is a shaper, it cannot be refund. Money wasted and I now have a product that I can't even use.

I would like to provide a feedback regarding of a sales assistant named Siew Yi at JEM outlet. I went by the store today at around 5:20 pm as I saw a signboard stated a buy 3 get 1 free bra promotion outside of the store. As I walked in, I let Siew Yi know what I was looking for specifically and I would just like to say, I made it all clear and loud about it. I gave her a quick brief with regard of what I was searching for exactly with the promotion. I was very disappointed by the very assertive way of her service. I was pressured with other bra options she impelled me to try on when I clearly only wanted what I was looking for. After a rejection I gave off to her, because I told her I would like it very much if she would just let me try on what I would like to with respect, but she still insisted and this time with a even more rude and irritated tone of respond back to me. I felt deeply uncomfortable by her service and I have made visits to Pierre Cardin a couple of times before, but this particular one just gave me a really bad impression about it. Hence, I did not make any purchases with Siew Yi this time in Pierre Cardin in the end because of the coercion attitude being shown. I hope this would be something you would consider to be improved on with such manner.

The worst shopping experience I had the first time I came here! I originally wanted to buy a pack of underwear, but the salesperson with glasses kept persuading me to buy more, sold me five packs, and recommended the wrong size. The most uncomfortable thing was that she kept pestering me to buy menstrual pants. I made it clear that I didn't like wearing this kind of underwear and I never used sanitary napkins, but she still kept pestering me to buy, buy, buy... It made me feel like I was being coerced and forced to buy! I have never encountered such a bad salesperson in the whole of Singapore.
