I ordered two set meals without add-ons. There were no orders before me. Took the staff 15 mins to prepare the order. Best part, staff was just leisurely preparing it with their earpiece on all the time.

ordered a large ice lemon tea (ILT) to go along with my meal. ILT no sugar at all. When ask for sugar syrup, staff said don't have, and was given sugar sachets instead. no Spoon long enough to stir, they don't do straws too.

Unique burgers that are different from the other fat food brands Can go for their rice burgers, wagyu beef burgers Fried prawns as an alternative side dish Fries have a better potato taste...imo

Cashier auntie are friendly and polite. The Teriyaki chicken seem to have been sat for some time, it's dark brown, it ain't warm, it's dry and a little cold on the other side of the burger. Fries are were warm and good.

Staff are not working together, while my husband taking orders an old aunty is doing its job alone while other staff is relaxing at the back

really like the atmosphere, has got that warm, homey, classic restaurant feel to it. haven't had MOS Burger in a while, so it was pretty nostalgic feeling. service was nice too, friendly and welcoming. its at the 5th floor in JEM, right beside the cinema.

Mos Burger has been around in Singapore as a competitive fast-food restaurant, serving burgers with a blend of Japanese fusion. Their burger has a rather cleaner taste as compared to the usual fast-food restaurant, which can be due to the Japanese originality. The rice burger was catchy, but the portion size was slightly lesser than the usual burgers. I would still opt for their fish and beer burger as it is classic. Their burgers were not expensive and they offer a variety of burgers that brings you closer to Japan. Great burgers!

MOS got the best nuggets and butterfly shrimp. Fries also in my opinion better than competitors’. I see just two of them inside the kitchen but they’re producing food really fast.

Our delicious hot burgers are freshly made and the vegetables are kept cold to perfectly preserve their freshness. Experience the temperature difference!
