If zero star was an option, I would have used that. Terrible service and they cheat you into purchasing and refuse to refund even though you have not even worn or taken new clothing OUT of the package. Keep insisting on store credit when clearly I would not want to shop here again with the rubbish customer service. They also do not inform you of the store policies. No one would purchase if the store was upfront with it's policies. They pick and choose their treatment of what they would like to do depending on who you are. Reading the other reviews now shows me what a mistake it was giving this place a chance. Such a scam. Do not shop here.
Edit: Hi Love and Bravery staff, giving a generic reply or trying to respond as if you bothered to give a chance does not work. As you can see from all the previous reviews, it is all authentic experiences which you have tried to write off as if you are concerned. Terrible staff employed on top of policies aimed to scam your money.

I called twice to confirm the stock and asked the staff to keep the shirt for me before asking my husband to collect. Arrived there and they told him it was out of stock. It is fine but what’s with the rude attitude? Im a long time customer but will never visit this shop again

gotten some comfortable and pretty tops and dresses the 2 times I've been here, but the customer service is really subpar. one retail staff was condescending, rude, and rolled her eyes at me when i tried to walk into the fitting rooms without informing her first, but did a complete 180 when we ended up buying almost $200 worth of clothing LOL. definitely need to improve on the customer service.

It’s stated very clearly that each customer can bring in max 4 pieces of clothings to try at the fitting room. But the staffs allowed the customers to come out and get a few more pieces to try on top of the 4, they already took in. When there’s actually a queue outside the fitting room. What’s e point of saying that max 4 pieces are allowed?

Staff turned me off so bad, I walked away without purchasing- visited 22 Dec 5pm.
Asked for help in the dressing room to switch sizes and staff said “sorry you’ve to re-queue” though I didnt see anyone in the “queue” but she insisted “oh she (the customer apparently in the queue) is shopping around”.
1) How could you allow preferential treatment for some customers to not queue physically? For the record, I (and the lady before me) stood there in line for our turn. I cannot imagine everybody in an “invisible” queue- wouldn’t that be a mess for such a small store?
2) max pieces per fitting =4. I had less than 4 pieces so it doesn’t make sense at all that she refused to let me switch sizes for 1 piece.
Never coming back again. For a brand which started out online, a physical presence is supposed to strengthen your brand, unfortunately in this case it was value destroying.

Bad customer service. Seem like the bad reviews here are true. Just experience the staffs customer service. Not sure she's the owner or branch manager (she seem a bit senior) here, she do has a bad attitude. My wife was queuing for the fitting room but she had just crossed over the stop line just to take a look whether any available empty room but the "owner/manager" had shouted at her in a bad tone. Really disappointed. I had decided not to purchase anything here. You may want to skip this place if customer service is important to you.
To the owner: Do educate your staffs, customer service do makes a big different!!

I discovered Love & Bravery by chance during a TikTok live in May, where I saw the model try on the Vera Pleated Wide Leg Pants. I visited the nearest store at JEM to try them on. Although the pants had launched some time ago (I’m unsure of the exact date, as I only recently started following the brand), I was pleasantly surprised to find they were still in stock.
The team manages inventory well. I was able to purchase the Vera pants with ease and have since consistently secured items from subsequent launches.
This is a refreshing change from other brands, where new arrivals often sell out on launch day, limiting in-store purchase opportunities.

Experienced a very warm and helpful service from Cherry that provide her best service and solution to help on issue regarding misunderstand that usually 10-10 discount item is not refundable. She manage to negotiate as for goods exchange on store directly and speed up the refund process as fast as possible.
