I’ve been a loyal customer of this brand for two years and have visited countless times. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I paid the highest price I’ve ever paid, yet the cleaning time was shockingly short—less than three minutes. It was marketed as a “deep clean,” but it felt rushed and careless. There was no attention to detail, and the overall service quality was extremely disappointing.
I won’t be coming back—at least not to this branch.

Came at 5.56pm and was told i had to wait for 45mins. I agreed and paid and went to have a quick bite.
Came back after 45mins and was told i missed my queue number and had to wait another 30mins. The queue system number did not even move? Asked for refund but was refused, only can change to product. Totally not worth time and $50 spent.

There is something wrong with the ventilation system within the shop during this lunch time visit on a rainy day. There was a mouldy smell (think clothes not properly dried) whenever the door was opened. I sometimes believe the smell was drifted from the next shop Amos cookies. I could not relax myself during the 30mins treatment time. Could it be the therapist uniform was not properly dried? The therapist took her time and was meticulous in her skill.

Random pampering session on a random day.
I’ve visited several Kskin branch at Jem, and during a trip for late lunch at Jurong East, I passed by the restroom and decided to book a facial without hesitation. I only went to the toilet after my session. LOL, This place has definitely become my go-to whenever I have some spare time, thanks to its convenience.
My experience was truly exceptional. The beautician I had was highly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the treatment in detail. What impressed me most was her genuine focus on my specific skin concerns without any hard-selling tactics. Instead, she offered her expert advice, recommending the Combo A treatment and suggesting a 24K Gold Serum the next round i come. I ended up purchasing a different product based on her recommendation, which I’ve been using ever since. Her explanations and personalized recommendations, which she believed would benefit my skin, really made a difference. I saw immediate results from the treatment, leaving me very satisfied.
The overall experience was very pleasant—the staff, including the lady who did my facial, was soft-spoken, polite, and patient, making the whole session comfortable and enjoyable. The prices and products used were worth every penny, and I left feeling 100% satisfied.
And, they don’t accept cash or credit cards, but other payment methods such as NETS and GrabPay are available, to me super convenient. I recommend to my circles of closed Gfs to go try it out and the price is SUPER affordable.
This definitely won’t be my last visit—I’ll be back for more!

Walked in today and managed to get the 35minutes Combo F treatment for pore cleansing and refining.
Met this super sweet lady Crystal that helped to do my facial.
She was very gentle and also explained the steps she did throughout the whole process. I asked so many questions pertaining to my skin condition and she answered all my queries so patiently as well. She was so professional and friendly at the same time! Will definitely come here again.

I've been to few Kskin branches whenever I have some spare time and convenient.
I popped into Kskin Jem while waiting for my Chagee order and was blown away by the beautician Michelle's professionalism and expertise. She took the time to explain everything to me and she leave a great impression. No hard-sell but to target to my problem. I was introduced to do Combo A and her opinion is to get a 24K Gold Serum which she believed would help with my skin concerns.
I'm planning to bring my teens here for a facial with her, but apparently, it's based on queue numbers and she sometimes works at the Yew Tee branch.
Heads up: they don't accept cash or credit cards, but other payment methods such as Nets, Grabpay etc are accepted.

Went for cleansing and glowing, it was my first facial experience and I would say, the whole process is very enjoyable and Michelle is very professional and gave me many suggestions to improve my skin condition. My skin glows and looks cleaner afterwards.The whole treatment is 100% worthy and the price is reasonable. Worth a try if you are new to facial treatments.

it was my first time going to kskin. waiting time for me was quite long because there were many people infront of me but it’s worth the wait. I like the way the staff treated me. she is very welcoming and very professional. She encourages me further to start taking care of my face as this is my very first time to go for glow and V lift plus eye treatment. For this i am pretty sure i will come back for more and i hope it will be the same staff or atleast the same professionalism like her. She even gave me a loyalty card.
You won't go wrong with Kskin. After the treatment I see the total difference in my face and in my eyes. There is a glow, rejuvenated and fresh and no more puffy eyes.
