I bought a Lotso drinking cup at KKV Jem. Upon scanning the item, the cup was stained with pen ink and when I requested to have it cleaned it came back with a scratch mark. I demanded that it in good condition because it took me a while to choose from only 3 cups that are left in the shelve. Instead of being apologetic, the cashier said she did not do anything when I heard some plastic rubbing sound which I believed she was cleaning the stain marks. Cashier suggested that I choose another one but the attitude is somewhat not acceptable. As there were only 2 cups left in the shelf to choose from, we asked another staff if there are more stocks available. Again the attitude is no more better than the cashier. The customer service is way way below my expectation. Given this competitive market, customer service is very important. Customers will return for good service even if the price is high. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously.
