I bought a Lotso drinking cup at KKV Jem. Upon scanning the item, the cup was stained with pen ink and when I requested to have it cleaned it came back with a scratch mark. I demanded that it in good condition because it took me a while to choose from only 3 cups that are left in the shelve. Instead of being apologetic, the cashier said she did not do anything when I heard some plastic rubbing sound which I believed she was cleaning the stain marks. Cashier suggested that I choose another one but the attitude is somewhat not acceptable. As there were only 2 cups left in the shelf to choose from, we asked another staff if there are more stocks available. Again the attitude is no more better than the cashier. The customer service is way way below my expectation. Given this competitive market, customer service is very important. Customers will return for good service even if the price is high. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously.

Finally! KKV has opened at JEM and it's everything I hoped for. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jurong East, making it so easy to get to. The store itself is a treasure trove of unique and exciting products that you just can't find anywhere else in the area. I love that it's a one-stop shop for everything from cute stationery to blind boxes and snacks. It's a truly delightful shopping experience.

I had such a pleasant experience at KKV JEM! The store is well-organized, clean, and easy to browse. The cashiers were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the checkout process smooth and quick.
The staff were very helpful and approachable—they were ready to assist and made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. It’s always nice to shop at a place where customer service truly stands out.
Overall, I’m really happy with the service and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend KKV JEM for anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

Would give zero star. This is mainly on the staff. They purposely block the way (a very big sized woman) when you want to take a look at the cosmetics. This happened not just to me but to other customers too. Then when you look at one item, another staff will purposely come and disturb by packing and putting up items just right next to you. When you walk away from that shelf, she inmediately also walks away without packing anymore. Crazy staff just want to irritate and chase customers away! I was actually holding a basket about half full of items i wanted to buy, but they had already spoilt my mood and i put the basket back and left the store. There was already not many customers in the store yet these idiots still just want to chase customers away! What is the point of opening the store then?! Anyway their products are also not as cute or high quality than OhSome! I much prefer to shop in peace and buy much better things from OhSome.

The store is not well stocked as compared to other outlets. There is a lack of stationery and notebooks and other products as usually seen in other KKV shops. The other entire section of the store is mostly devoted to selling plush toys and keychains. Couldn’t find the sushi fridge I was looking for and the snoopy cup I wanted? It doesn’t come with a box hence I didn’t purchase it. Would patronise other KKV outlets though.

KKV at JEM is a fantastic addition to the Jurong East area! The location is so convenient, and it's great to have such a unique lifestyle store in the heart of the West. I was so impressed by the huge variety of products, especially the fun and trendy items that are hard to find elsewhere. It's the perfect spot to find a cute gift or just browse for some retail therapy. Highly recommend!
