The counter staff serving the food was rude and was unhappy to serve/work. She could not properly tell people the minimum quantity that was required. It was as if the customer should know how many wings or meatballs they need to buy.
The food was edible. Maybe I was lucky it was even warm 🤣

Okay first I went on Chinese new year day one, so I thought it’ll be pretty damn crowded but no it wasn’t (for IKEA standard, it wasn’t)
Second, I ordered the meatballs, and when I bit into it, it was cold. Hard cold. Couldn’t believe it. I always love the meatballs especially at Alexandra.
And finally, the drinks station probably isn’t free flow but we all just take it.
So ya might want to fix that

Food were average. Staff were not very friendly. Big space but always crowded. Hard to get seats during peak hours. But worth when food on sale. Like the $5 spring chicken.

Chicken wings was a bit dry, so as the fries, not really crispy. The Prime Ribs was quite tender with generous portion. Salmon set was average coz the kids prefer mashed potato as usual. Meatball tasted the same as other Ikea restaurants. Not really enjoyed the ice cream since the taste was a bit artificial to me. Rainbow cake is good for chocolate lovers. The restaurant was crowded during weekend, we were lucky enough to get the seats shortly after arrived. Q was long without much waiting time.

If you've never eaten leather before, this is your chance to!
For a limited time, IKEA is having lamb chop on its menu. The chops are, let's just say, really muscular, and really well done (in the doneness sense).
Give it a miss unless you need a protein fix - along with your teeth.

Arrived at dinner time, crowd was manageable and managed to find a seat in a short while.
The new beef cheek was decent, maybe a solid 7/10 because it was too lean at some cuts.
The smoked salmon salad was good as per usual.
Mushroom soup and meatballs were up to standard as well and you would get what you expect.
Only downside is that the restaurant is much smaller than the tampines one.

This IKEA restaurant is located inside JEM Jurong East. Had dinner together with family. As usual the IKEA meatball is a must, we've also tried pork cutlet, it's thick & juicy.Salmon was tasty with creamy sauce. Mushroom soup was rich & savory, dip with garlic toast breas. Pasta was ok. Chocolate cake as dessert was nice & crunchy. The chocolate milk was surprisingly very good 😋

The chicken wings is tasty and delicious.
Overall experience is good but the restaurant is a bit crowded during peak hour and super challenging in finding a table.
Food and drink is at an affordable and inexpensive pricing with freeflow of coffee and drink.
A nice place for family lunch and dinner.

I usually go here with family. My kids love the Ikea food. You need to wait for a table though as it gets pretty crowded at lunch time. Loved their cakes especially almond cake. Chicken wings were nice and crisp. Plant balls are good. Loved the tangy sauce with it. Cinnamon buns are always nice.

The food was great, love the chicken wings and mashed potatoes! Definitely worth the price. However we need to wait a while for a seat as it is quite crowded. The plant based menu was good but the finger is a bit too hard.

The lamb shank with mixed vegetables is quite value for money. It’s meat-fall-off-bones tender and taste great with the black pepper sauce. The salmon shepherd pie is also nice and flavourful. Same goes for the juicy chicken wings. Chocolate muffin is great too! Thick chocolatety choc filling!

Ikea's food offerings pleasantly surprised me with a diverse menu and delicious options. The cafeteria's vibrant, cozy environment made my dining experience enjoyable, and the affordability added extra value to my visit. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal while shopping!

Free tea or coffee every day if you are a member. $3.50 for 5 meatballs and mashed potatoes. Perfect for afternoon tea or light lunch/dinner. Cheese tart and cheese cake are also delicious and reasonably priced. Main dishes are average.

Amazing food, albeit at a cost. Me and my friends decided to have lunch here on 05072024. The spaghetti bolognese ($10.50) was delicious, although the cheese placement could be changed. The Swedish meatballs (8 pcs for $7.50) were tasty, and the vegetables were well-cooked. The salmon ($11.50) is probably not worth spending on, the amount of fish you get was pitifully small. The cheesecake ($4) was ok for me, although my friends claimed that the berries in the cheesecake were "expired"(?). The crunchy almond chocolate cake ($4) is one to order though, it was delicious. The mashed potatoes were pitifully small (when ordered solo, it cost $1.50). However, the chicken wings ($1 per chicken wing on Fridays) were amazing, although it's probably not a good idea to have this as your main course. The soup that I ordered (add on $2 for a set) was average at best, but the garlic bread saved the day. What was worth it however was the ice cream cone. For $0.50, you get a cone and deliciously cold soya ice cream. The taste of soya was not in the least obvious.
Overall a good meal, although this isn't a place you should come during lunch hour or if you only have a budget of $10 or less.

My all time favourites for IKEA Restaurant here us tge Half Spring Chicken and the Chicken Wings Set.
The whole setup from queue getting the numbers to getting seated is almost without any flaws.
Sitting arrangement between the guests are all evenly spreaded out.
In view of the current Covid-19 situation, the management has practiced due diligence and put in place all the safety measures.
Specially crowded especially during the weekends.
Definitely one of the best dining areas in the west.
