Happy Walker JEM

Visited on 19 May evening to look for shoes or insoles for my leg condition. The staff on duty was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, with no hard-selling at all. I spent quite some time trying out different shoes, and even though I didn’t end up buying anything, the staff remained genuinely helpful and friendly throughout. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, but I truly appreciate the great service.

Been looking at happywalker sandals shoes for a few months and wondering why so expensive. Finally got my answer from professional Francis @ JEM on 15/5/25 afternoon for his patience and clear explanation. And finally bought a pair of open toes sandal on their mother's day promotion price abt SGD90. So delighted and a special shout out to Linda for her kind and patience assistance too that I had settled for my most suitable pair of sandals. A gentleman by the name of Francis was serving me , very good and professional service , very knowledgeable and professional . He gave me a lot of insights to my feet health (it's not as healthy as I thought it was ). I did a pair of those foam insoles cost me $469 I really hope it'll help me with my plantar fasciitis

Happy Walker is a great pace for custom insoles. But beyond that I wanted to write a review just to mention how particularly kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and attentive the shop associate Francis was. These customs insoles are a big investment and Francis truly went above and beyond with his patience care, dedication and expertise to make my wife and I feel truly confident and happy. Will always return here thanks to him.

I was served by Francis at HW JEM. He is patient , professional and friendly . He certainly has good products knowledge and shared with me (without any hard selling) what could have been the impact if I dun get good support from any shoes I’m wearing. I have my eyes on a pair of arch support slipper but the colour I wanted is not available. Instead of persuading me to get other existing colors, Francis took the initiatives & run thru the shop system to check if the colour I wanted is available in other outlets. He told me the outlet at NTF has. He went to get it & even came back with another different colour option for me to choose . Eventually I gotten the black. I am considering to get another pair to wear at home as is really comfy & help to relief the pain when I walk. The product is good and the customer service from Francis is even better ! Really appreciate the kind of effort he has make to ensure I get the right fit !Thanks and I have an excellent shopping experience in your shop!

Am suffering from Plantar Fasciitis and was looking for insoles to provide relief. Saw the good reviews online for Happ Walker and so decided to try it. Was attended to by Francis. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was able to recommend the right kind of insoles and took measurements of my very carefully and also was able to tell explain to me from the images taken what was happening to my feet. After placing the order and later collecting the insoles, Francis also helped to tailor the insoles to fit my shoes. Am very satisfied with the services rendered and how professional and helpful Francise is. After walking with the insoles for a few hours, the difference was substantial and the pain was reduced significantly. Would definitely recommend Happy Walker to others in my condition and the staff at the JEM store was amazing!

I am writing to share my experience with Happy Walker, contrasting my disappointing visit to the NTFGH outlet with my positive experience at the JEM outlet. At NTFGH, I purchased customized insoles, clearly stating that I needed them to fit my new wide-toe shoes due to bunions. However, when I tried them the next day, they were not customized as promised. The salesperson acknowledged the error but suggested patching the original insoles instead of providing a new pair, which I disagreed with. She then informed me that a new pair would be made. The following day, after trying out the insoles, I discovered that the "new" insoles were merely the old, narrow ones modified to appear wider, I requested a refund. The next day, I visited the JEM outlet to complete a new refund form. Francis, the salesperson there, listened to my concerns and spent over two hours helping me try various insoles. He addressed the mistakes made at NTFGH and assured me that new insoles could be customized. Although I had lost confidence in Happy Walker, I appreciated Francis's professionalism and agreed to his proposal. Thanks to Francis, I received my new customized insoles the same day and wore them comfortably. His exceptional service helped me regain my trust in Happy Walker, a company my family and I have supported for over ten years.

The slipper is really comfortable to wear long hours. Worth mentioning: Excellent service and advice from Francis @ Jem! He explained in detail and patiently to my aged mother. He did not do any hard selling and we did not feel obliged to purchase the slipper. All he did was just giving us real facts and wanted us to consider before we buy. He wanted to make sure my mum is really comfortable wearing the slipper. Kudos to Francis! Highly recommended.

Staff attended to us was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Here, they are able to customise the insoles according to our feet contours. Great !!..This will help a lot with our pains in the feet... recommended !!
