there's a eating space at the 2nd level and this place is filthy, there are tiny roaches crawling on the tables. see those black dirts at the corner? fyi those are cockroach droppings, Donki no hygiene standards? please do something about it, there are even Donki staff that use that area as a resting area, don't tell me non of the staff saw it or maybe just oblivious.

Visited today on 13/10/2025 at around 9.47am. Purchased their Purple Yakiimo chips. Reached home and noticed the packet is already expired on 12/10/2025 as printed on it. Feeling disappointed on it and decided to file a feedback to SFA. Guys, please be extra careful and always check on the expiration date when purchasing anything especially is food.

I had a truly shocking and upsetting experience at your store on 9 May 2025 at around 13:24, involving a cashier named 1990 S.I, a middle-aged woman. Transaction 545115 / POS 600705 , for your information and can provide receipt if you needed.
I purchased a product because of a promotional poster clearly stating that a free gift was included. However, when I checked out, no gift was given. When I politely inquired about it, the cashier responded in an extremely rude and loud manner, saying, “There’s no more—it’s finished!” I calmly explained that the promotion was still displayed in the store and even showed her a photo I had taken as proof.
Instead of addressing the issue properly, she continued to raise her voice, showing clear impatience and hostility. It was only after her colleague standing next to her reminded her that the gifts were still under the counter that she reluctantly checked.
Even then, she claimed it was “not the correct gift.” I showed her the promotional poster again to confirm it was indeed the right one. She then very unwillingly gave me one item and said, “You only get one—you need to buy two to get another.” She proceeded to angrily throw the remaining items into a nearby bin.
I was deeply upset and angry by her entire attitude. I am a paying customer and did nothing to deserve such rude and aggressive behavior. Throughout the whole interaction, she treated me with a hostile tone and hateful stares, despite the fact that she was clearly unfamiliar with the store’s own promotion.
This was an extremely unpleasant and humiliating experience. I demand an official apology and a proper explanation from management. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable.

I feel like being in Japan. There are so many Japanese products. If you can find promotion products, it is not too expensive and the price is quite simuler to Japn.

Quintessential Japanese mart selling many products and fresh produce. Currently having a melon season and bought one red melon with $2 discount at $15.90.

very gud store for jap food
Got adult section selling tenga eggs too.
But i love the delica, sushi and sashimi most - up to 40% off at 9pm. this likely due to it having too much in stock. The shop is also pretty big! I wld come here q frequently when I was a sec sch student.

Good to shop.
This place is located 2nd floor in Jem.
Liked to buy some japan cosmetics, snacks and food. Also there are tables to have in so easy to grab some food and eat right away conveniently. Only, there is 2 levels, it is slightly difficult to find the products that I need.

I always love to go to the meat section to look for great looking slices of wagyu beef and shirobuta at Don Don Donki located at second floor of JEM.
At the same time, I would also go to the Don Don Donki at the third floor of JEM for their sashimi section where I would often look at the selection of maguro, where they have the chutoro and otoro.
Sometimes they have really great deals for non wagyu beef, where I once got 400 grams of beef at $10.
They have the yakiniku packaging costing $68, where the marbling is awesome, at least to me.

Don Don Donki needs no introduction. The mere mention of the name, that Donki jingle will start playing in people’s hearts.
I’m happy that Donki carries vegetarian/ vegan items. Will sometimes go there even for a quick meatless meal.
This is definitely a great place to shop, especially when they have offer items.

If you love all-things Japanese, this is a fun place to visit for their huge selection of grocery, produce, frozen food, ready-to-eat ones, household products, and snacks. There is also a bar and eatery at this location if you want to stay a little longer. I love their colorful signages and special display of featured items - a colorful visual treat if you are just window shopping. However, it's pretty hard to resist picking up some fun snacks or ready-to-eat sushi, sashimi, or nigiri.
FROSTY
Not bad! Affordable food prices and a lot of variety. Just that the sitting area to dine is not quite conducive. Payment at the kiosks is not so intuitive and someone needs to guide u on every step. Food is quite oily ngl is oily as hell. After 8pm, got , clearance sale of 30%.

The customer service lady at the self-checkout area by the name of Angie was kind and helpful as I struggled using the kiosk. She was calm, cheerful and assisted me throughout the whole checkout process. Thank you for your help, and keep up your great attitude!
