I will learned not to be hi-tech buy Chagee through the app. Cos’ won’t know how many cups ahead of you! After ordered.. it shows 45mins - 123cuos ahead of me! I am so regret! There is no way to cancel my order!
Waited another 20mins.. it shows 37mins cos’ still have 109 cups ahead!
I would say the tea drink is nice. But to wait for 1hr for it. It is not worth it… can Chagee improve their app? At least show how many cups ahead after selecting the location? Or at least provide a cancel order option?

Went on a Sunday night and the wait was really long — it took about an hour before my order was ready. Ordering through the app also automatically added a charge for a bag by default, which I had to notice and adjust.
From my experience, CHAGEE outlets tend to be on the slower side, and this branch was no exception. Drinks are fine once you finally get them, but the long preparation time can be frustrating, especially if you’re in a rush.

We ordered the recommended signature drinks. I don’t know why it’s always such a long Q long wait. We ordered after lunch and had to wait like 60 min for our drinks.
The signature drinks actually was quite disappointing. The peach oolong and jasmine green tea were quite tasteless. I heard this brand is famed for its tea but it’s very weak and mild to me.
The terrible difficult to suck flat straw is the ultimate dislike for me. I hate the flat straw. Suck nothing but air. To me it doesn’t improve any tea flavor but it’s a hassle. It makes me so bloated sucking in all the air to get the liquid.
Frankly I don’t want to drink again, I’m probably not a tea expert but other people might enjoy it more.

Ordered the drink online. Waiting time was one hour. There was no way to refund or cancel either.
The Osmanthus Oolong Tea had a strong tea taste (siap siap), screaming tea that’s over-brewed and left to set. For this price point, I’d demand a lot better.
There’s a sign that says we could request our drink to be made again if we’re not satisfied. But we were’t gonna wait another hour.

I am so glad Chagee opening a store here! The milk tea has consistently been exceptional, very fragrant with just the right amount of sweetness. Be prepared for long waiting time, but ordering via app is easy which can plan our time and collect it once they notify that the order is completed.
Updated review: Yes i agreed to some others which I've experience myself that service could be improved in this outlet. Once i was with 3 others was queuing up at the pickup counter and the staff just don't bother to attend to us until we call them.

First time trying Chagee at this outlet since its opening- I got the Da Hong Pao Fresh Milk Tea and was able to enjoy a discount for my first order😊 The milk tea was quite decent though the tea taste wasn’t as strong as expected. Liked the packaging🙂 and was assisted by a helpful and friendly staff named Xinyi/Xinyee while I was trying to place an order in-app, for a much shorter waiting time👍🏻 Thank you!

It was my first time trying CHAGEE at JEM. Although there was quite a long wait, it was definitely worth it. The drink was refreshing, quenched my thirst, and I love that it wasn’t too sweet.
Special thanks to April for making the experience even better. Despite handling many orders, she remained sweet, friendly, and served with a lovely smile. Her positive attitude made the wait feel lighter.

First time at GEM was craving for the peach Oolong milk tea but found out they only do online ordering and I was so lost coz don’t have the app.
Luckily all the staff there at the counter or inside the prep station, all are very helpful and friendly.
Even is busy preparing the order but when the young lady at counter told the other colleagues that she is going to help me for the app, they still serve customers with smiling face.
While waiting for my order, saw another staff with glasses was picking up tissues etc on the floor and checking and keeping the area clean.
When picking up my drink another staff at counter also reminded me the better taste is to consume within 2 hours.
Overall is a very good experience there. Thank you all the staff there. You all are the best👍🏻👍🏻

Signed up the Chagee App on advise from the staff stationed outside the branch, as there was a 50% off my first order. The setup was easy and fuss free, and decided to purchase a reusable bag with my order as it is useful to place it in the office for any adhoc usage. Looking forward to tasting the tea which is being prepared at the moment 😬

Enjoyed their drink a lot. Had to wait for my drink for about 45 minutes. Expected when there are a lot of orders. Don’t understand why people complain where there is literally a timer on the app. Shouldn’t downvote this store just because you failed to look and plan your time/ bag charges lol. Drinks is as per normal :) very nice.

Went to collect my Peach Oolong and asked Melvin if he could cancel my other drink because it would take too long to make as I was in a rush.
