Purchased these shoes from Aldo online. Discolored in just 10 wearings over 3 months. And it has nothing to do how I wear as my previous brands never had this problem. Aldo obviously didn't offer any refund / return/ exchange. Never again from Aldo.

16th March, 2025, 6:45 pm - IMM outlet From the moment we entered the store, we felt that the customer service was extremely bad. There were 4 staff present in the outlet and if none of them can help the customer then what is the purpose of having them in the shop? I was extremely disappointed with their judgmental looks that they were giving us, when the customer has a question, it is the responsibility of the staff to help us out but these staff members were rude and were not at all willing to help us at all. Though I had multiple questions, they were focused on their own work and they were not even trying to understand the customer’s perspective. I would give this a 0 if I could. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Not recommended.

was there on 12th Oct at 4pm and served by 2 very rude female staffs, not helpful and not friendly at all. was not even happy to be helping us. you should seriously reconsider having these people serve your customers.

Was there on 25th to shop but store over crowded, returned Monday 26th December, male staff was extremely rude, unhelful. Took my money and spent elsewhere. Male lacked customer centricity, rude and to some extent his body language was customer negative.

Went to the JEM outlet , was served by super friendly and amazing staff (Dina ) who came up to us in assisting us by helping us to find the shoe sizings without any issues while also serving our customers professionally to fulfils both requests .

Went to Aldo and chanced upon a really nice shoe that my partner wanna get, however they didn't have the size at this outlet, nevertheless a Chinese woman and a Malay woman helped us out to call other outlet to check whether there's stock available. Luckily enough there is stock at the plaza sing outlet! Really happy with the service here and wish to say many thanks to the Chinese woman who's birthday is today!! HBD!! And also both sales person were really friendly to us! It was already closing time at that point of time and we really appreciate that they still patiently helped us to check for stocks 🥹 Hopefully if possible, maybe y'all can implement a system that allows the sales from different outlet to earn their commission even when stocks are unavailable at their outlet, because some consumers buy things based on the services of the sales personnel! I myself worked in service line so I feel bad when we didn't manage to find the right size there :')

Incredible customer service by both Moon and Helmi yesterday! I needed a pair of black heels for Renci Gala Dinner on that very day but wasn’t happy with the last black pair. Moon then suggested to get Helmi pick up the shoes from Vivo City and to bring back 2 pairs just in case, rather than me driving around as I stayed in the north. Helmi then rushed off and came back to Gem within 1.5hrs, with no lunch. Very impressed with their professionalism and hope that the mgmt will reward them of their excellent service. Great job guys and thank you for making my night great!! :)

Liked to shop here. A couple of shoes are on discount, and there are extra discount when you buy more than 2 of shoes up to additional 20% off from the discounted price. The Staff was also patience to find the right size and the shopping experience here was satisfactory.
