I’ve never experienced service this slow in a restaurant before. As both a customer and a rider, this place was a nightmare. The staff were incredibly slow – it felt like they had no sense of urgency at all. Customers were waiting forever for seats, and as a rider, I was told to wait outside with no clear indication of where to pick up my order.
There is no proper collection point for riders. Orders are prepared and left inside, but there’s no way for riders to know when they’re ready. I was told to wait for "just five minutes" but ended up waiting 25 minutes for a simple $10 order.
Additionally, the staff didn't assist with seat arrangements for customers or help the riders get their orders, leaving us all standing around waiting. Honestly, it’s frustrating to see such poor coordination and lack of communication.
This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously because it’s a big turn-off for both customers and delivery riders alike.

Food served was way lesser than how much we paid for.
Noodles - we paid for two portions but none was in the soup.
Vegetables - we paid for three huge bundles but was served just one spoonful of vegetables (was told that the vegetables shrink when cooked. That much?!)
Eggs - paid for four pieces but came two pieces.
Staff offered to topup the missing items. But when he served the new portion, the noodles are still one portion missing.
Not coming back.

When I order for takeaway and i ordered rice, they always forget to give, like 3 out of 3 times forget to give, if i never check they wont remember as well. Please remember, if not we pay for what???

The restaurant manager (店长) is fantastic! As I was can’t decide which soup base to choose, he introduced and explained the key ingredients of each flavor so that I could make a choice. The service staff were great as well. A very dedicated and service-oriented restaurant.

As of time of visit (Aug 2025), they charge $3.08/100g. There’s a minimum order of 300g.
Space is relatively small and tight. Mostly two seaters.

Our first visit to Zhangliang and we loved both the dried and soupy option. Occasionally both were $13.30 each. The store was full house when we visited during lunch time.

There’s not enough seat for three of us. The staff did check for us, but couldn’t find a better place for us. We then decided to change to another place for lunch, went to the lift. Surprised us, the lady staff came all the way to the lift area and told us they managed to make space for us. We had our nice lunch there, seeing her attended to different customers’ needs pleasantly. We asked for her name that we would like to complement her wonderful service, she politely declined and mentioned she just tried her best to attend to us, she’s happy to see us had our lunch there and believed that we were really looking forward for it. came in close to 9pm and was eating till we were the only ones left in store. the staffs could see that we were panicking and kept reassuring us to take our time, especially since i was having the malatang. we ate till 945pm ish and i knew i couldnt finish anytime soon we got take away and the staff Zhi You was super patient and nice to pack it up along with my sauce and a cooler bag. he was very enthusiastic in serving and conversing with us, his service was top tier. will come back to support this outlet and the friendly team here. of course yes the food was delicious as well!!
