Already at the counter and rushing to go back after work. Still tell us to scan apps, and taking time to key in credit card number. Anyway their fried rice is not fantastic. End up not ordering. Never again.

Not a restaurant where you order and sit but there are sits nearby for you to consume your food. For the type of food we order, the price is quite expensive. 3/5 Egg fried rice: Rather bland 3.5/5 Chicken Udon: Slightly sweet and bland at the same time.

Need to wait long for anything you ordered, and the long wait exclude waiting time to order. After going thru the receipt word by word, I still cannot figure out where is the collection number. But to guess that is the last two digits of receipt number. And there is not dine in place hence no rating for atmosphere.

2 stars because I must give it up to the service staff who is alone and preparing the food. But the wait is not acceptable at all. Ordered at 420pm via grab pick up. Notification states ready for pick up at 4.43pm. I went and only collected at 5pm. Work on your time management please.

Ordered their shanghai fried rice w beef and added broccoli & shimeji mushrooms. Only to come home disappointed because they missed out on the beef that was supposedly the main ingredient. Rice was bland and lacked seasoning. Disappointing as other wok hey outlets tht I ordered before didnt hv issues like this before.

Ordered Shanghai fried noodles with prawns and it was yellow, zero colour whatsoever. Didn’t know soy sauce was worth its weight in gold or maybe they’re rationing for WW3. The prawns were clearly overcooked, hard as bullets, the usual wok hey prawns are usually the highlight of the meal. Also I waited 30mins when they had barely any orders, only one guy in front of me.

Big fan of WokHey! When I think of fried rice, I think of Wokhey. Quick and convenient take out! I ordered the Crab Meat Dry Laksa & Crab meat Laksa Fried Rice Max for their Singapore national day edition and it was flavourful and super mouth watering. 😋 It’s spicy, fragrant and flavourful all in a bite.

Great service recovery. The guys at the outlet missed out on chicken. Their IG page was prompt in replying even after office hours. Food always delicious. Hope that customer service standards will always be this good 👍🏼

Craved for Wok Hey for awhile now, after having it almost daily when I was working in the area. 🍝 the ramen wasn’t like what it’s used to, though it still is a decent plate of noodles. The lack of seating area might push customers to the nearby options available (especially when there’s not much tables in front of the stall) - but understandably so given that this is their business model. Will still return in future if I’m looking to grab a decent fried rice or ramen 👍🏻

One of the few wok hey locations without online ordering. Accepts Visa and mastercard and other cards which i could not recall. Bought Fresh Udon with Grilled chicken and stir fried in chilli. Very nice, but kinda ex compared to usual hawker alternatives.
