i love wingstop but waiting 30mins for fast food is sad, and with the <15 mins waiting time sign up too. i ordered at 17:42 and still have yet to receive at 18:10. seems understaffed.

waiting time so long?? whereby staffs didn’t informed beforehand. Told me about 15mins but when I came back after 15mins, was told to wait further. Literally 5/6 staffs inside but 2/3 of them were just standing around talking, doing nothing and USING PHONE????

Dear Wingstop Team,
I am writing out of frustration after yet another terrible experience at your Wingstop Jem outlet. As a delivery rider, I had to wait 40 minutes for a simple $15 order. This is not the first time—every time I am assigned to this location, I end up waiting at least 20 minutes or more, which is completely unreasonable.
What makes this worse is that there were 7–8 staff members inside, yet orders were still being delayed. To make matters more frustrating, when I gave my number (701), the counter staff prepared three different orders that were not mine—even for riders who hadn’t even arrived yet—while I stood right in front of them waiting. This kind of disorganization shows complete disregard for riders’ time.
As riders, we depend on efficiency to make a living, and wasting 30–40 minutes on a single $15 order is simply not acceptable. If this continues, I will advise my fellow riders to avoid taking orders from Wingstop Jem entirely, as it is consistently one of the slowest and most frustrating outlets to deal with.
I hope management will take this issue seriously and fix the delays, otherwise you will continue losing the trust of both riders and customers.

Food was so good I really liked the Louisiana rub and Kecap Manis and I love the ranch but one thing I dislike about this wingstop is one of the staff today I went their around 2pm during my lunch break I went with my colleagues and their was a staff that kept rushing me and my orders I got a picture of him it is quite blurry but he is a male,glasses and I think their are other reviews about him, wingstop I hope you teach your staff basic manners and if your not having a good day you shouldn't take it out on us Im really disappointed about your staff wingstop I hope you can take care of this and reprimand him or warn him

Food was fantastic as usual. The only issue is the service itself. I hv submitted my order on 5:54 PM and my food only ready at 6:58 PM. I just cant believe fast food taking this long to be served. Eventhough they have mentioned waiting time is 45min or more but seriously I think this can be improve from service perspective. Thanks

one of the staff doing serving today was rude to me, i asked whether it was my order and got a “ya ya ya” reply when i was asking nicely. understand that it was a tiring day for him but hope service can be improved. food is good tho

Wingstop JEM staff scrolled through my email without my consent, invading my privacy.
I read the wrong receipt number as the ordering receipt has a different number from the collection receipt. And the branch number was on the receipt, making thing a bit confusing. Did not help that I have two orders to collect. I admit my bad for reading the wrong queue no.
So staff took my phone (with consent) to find my order. After passing my phone around a few staff, a young male staff just took the phone and I saw him exit out the email I opened for them and begin scrolling through my personal Gmail looking for the Wingstop email. This is wrong. All the personal information leaked to this male staff and the manager from scrolling through my inbox. I am really upset, upset is not even the beginning. Shouldn't your staff ask me first before they scroll my email inbox?
In the end they cannot find the email and still had to pass the phone to me to find the email for them.
When they found my order, the order was also packed wrong, missing item.
I love Wingstop I cannot deny. Just sucks that this was my experience today. Probably will be a long while before I order again.
This is my 2nd time ordering from through the website and collection. It is fast service. Place is clean. Staff are friendly outside of this incident. Just leaves such a bad taste to have my email read by other people whom I did not give consent to.

had to wait a whopping 27-30 minutes for fast food. this isn’t fast food anymore. i spent my work break wanting to eat wingstop and instead i sat there for most of my break hoping to actually eat something. really ruined my mood

Waited 45 minutes for the food, ordered and paid extra for Ranch. however when I checked my ordered at home, there is not ranch.
Update: I'm not free enough to send an extra email to the customer service, explain and wait, so that u guys can go through step by step to solve that problem. But here is the receipt of proof if u guys think, I'm lying just to write a bad review( I'm not that free) I do not need any further action for this. Just wish if the shop made customers to wait for 30-45 for fried wings, at least make sure to give all the orders they paid and ordered.

Chicken is tender. Order garlic parmesan and mango habanero. Garlic parmesan is sort of a miss for me. But the chicken is still very tender and tasty.
Mushroom fritters is very good. Eaten together with the ranch sauce adds an extra layer of flavour.
