Nice to meet Miss Zoe, Mdm May and Miss Ain. Much appreciated their good services and thanks very much. They're very friendly, patience and helpful to assist me to settle the payments and easy to look for the products that I need. Love their excellent services and highly recommend.

I once had a rather disappointing experience at Watsons Jem, so I wasn’t expecting much on my recent visit. However, for the very first time, I came across a young indian girl working under GNC, and her service truly brightened my day. She welcomed me with a warm smile and answered all my endless questions patiently, never once showing any sign of frustration or tiredness. Although I initially decided not to purchase the item I was asking about (since I was waiting for a promotion), she still continued to assist me when I inquired about other products. She even went the extra mile to bend down and take items out for me, which really impressed me. That small but sincere act of care eventually made me decide to buy from her, even apart from the promotion. In today’s fast-paced world, such genuine, attentive, and cheerful service is truly rare. I deeply appreciate her dedication.

I was shocked by how rude the staff were here. I came for the recycling promo and approached a middle-aged Chinese female staff with glasses and long hair. Without even looking at me, she just grunted one word: “cashier.” When I went to the cashier, a middle-aged Chinese male simply said, “what?” After I repeated myself, he tossed my empty bottle into the box and handed me the items in a very unwilling manner. The whole interaction left me speechless.

My recent experience on 30th March at approximately 320pm was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service provided by the cashier staff. I purchased two boxes of tissues at the self-checkout and, as no large plastic bags were available there, I approached the cashier counter. Unfortunately, I was left standing unattended for a full five minutes, despite making eye contact. When I finally asked for a bag, the cashier's demeanor was notably impatient and rude. She took my receipt, stating dismissively, "This one you buy online one." When I clarified that I had used the self-checkout and simply needed a bag for my purchased items, she pass me a bag without any further explanation or apology, and then walked away. The lack of attention and the rude behavior displayed by the cashier was unacceptable. While I understand that retail environments can be busy, basic courtesy and attentiveness are essential. I hope that Watsons will address this issue to ensure that future customers receive a more positive and respectful experience.

Very rude staff at the pharmacy counter. I was queueing at 8pm and waited for 6 minutes for her to show up and told me that the pharmacy was closed and there was no noticed at the counter. She was grumpy, rude & seems don’t like her job. My mood was so good until I visited this place and get served with this lady. I suggest training her on what good customer service is.

I would like to compliment one of the staff (Miss Ernie)who picked up my wife phone in the lady toilet yesterday night.She took the phone to the outlet and wait for her to called back and returned back to her. Thanks for her help.Appreciated so much :)thumbs up

I was blown away by the service rendered by Yu Mei, the staff manning the cashier counter on 14th March in the evening. When I asked whether the pharmacist was still on duty tonight, she took initiative to check the sign and confirm the pharmacist would return after her break at 8.15pm. I then bought some heel cushions and asked her if she had scissors as I wanted to wear it on the spot. Yu Mei was kind enough to ask another colleague to attend to the customers behind me at the cashier while she went to the stock room to get scissors and opened it up, telling me to be careful so as not to cut myself at the plastic edges when I took the item out. She also patiently helped me exchange an item, without question. I can tell she is a meticulous and caring person. By going the extra mile, Yu Mei made my day and she should be commended for her service.

The staff, old woman, selling the Evans face mask is very rude, and harassed me about my outlook and my skin. I already expressed that I felt bad and uncomfortable about what she said, but she still keeps talking and bullying me about my skin, just to sell the Evans mask. I hope someone can take care of this situation. Date: September 9 2024, around 19:35, Evans mask section.

There was this Chinese lady quite old… I asked her about probiotics she has short hair btw .. she aggressively told me about the details when I said I wanted more than 20billion cfu probiotics.. very rude the way she was talking to me… the manager u need to teach ur coworkers about customer service the way she was talking to the customer very rude… bad experience !

I went to the Watson outlet at Jem to purchase soft bristles toothbrush for my husband who has sensitive gums. There are so many options which I find it confusing and I check with Nur Iman who happened to be next to me packing some stocks. He has been very helpful and patient to help me find and try explain to me. He even offer to check with his supervisor the questions which he is not certain. Though he is just a management trainee however he exhibit very positive attitude and excellent customer service which is absent in some permanent staff. He is truly an asset to the company and such good service will keep customer coming back for more ! Kudos to Nur Iman 👏🏻👍🏻
