Edit as respond to Watsons' reply: I don't intend to fill in the form as it is not my intention to point out the staff specifically. However, I'd appreciate if Watsons can provide staff training to prevent repeated happening. Hard selling staff is really a turn off, and might prevent people from shopping there in future. - Super turned off experience by a female sales staff hard selling and talking about sensitive issue. Despite multiple rejections, she kept talking loudly while I was trying to look for items. Really spoilt the experience in Watsons

Reaction to your response 1. You may check with your staff Fernanda on case. According to Fernanda, your management approved the whole process. 2. Any attempt on your part to do better for my case I am afraid is too late. 3. Perhaps do better for your next customers? Avoid buying any Watsons Brand body weighing scale. Avoid buying any product marked as "Watsons Brand". Avoid buying any products from Watsons online store. If they delivered defective products to you, they would not offer you a refund. They would offer to exchange with a "new" item. You would have to carry the defective item (be it big or heavy) and head down to any of your selected Watsons store to do the exchange. The 'new' would likely be defective again. They do not check the quality of their products before shipping them to customers. They would try their very best, be it delayed response or claimed without basis that you misused the body weighing scale or product, so as not to refund the money to you. The one star was given to the patient and friendly store manager who helped me with the one exchange and subsequent returns. Other than that, the whole exchange, return and refund experience with the online Watsons Customer Service Team was a nightmare. Buy from other online or physical shops. They do not deserve our patronage.

Long q at cashier during weekends, staffs at cashier very slow. Provided my phone number during the transaction only to realised that I didn’t earn any points for my purchase. Not the first time, why is it always this particular outlet???? Wrote in to the customer service - no response! Well Done Watsons @ JEM! What is your staffs doing? Those at the outlet and customer service? Sleeping???!

Rather backwards to not want to scan a Watsons Membership card thats been stored in Google Pay. Most importantly, I would probably have accepted it and even considered downloading the app if the staff member had not shown a stuck up face and communicated it better/more professionally. Good job; one outlet managed to spoil the experience of an entire brand.

Went to the jem outlet and Nancy's customer service really shocked me. I asked her about 3 in 1 shampoos and she went out of her way to recommend me several products and also proceeded to tell me about the promotions in the store, after payment, she even gave me free samples 😩😩 …
