Nobody pick up the phone..... been a week. Electronic shooting gallery toy(stickers)not in good condition/position ,,,toy cost me 55 dollars but i feel like it should cost only 5.55 when first look .Then plastic bag cost 10cents...waited 5min for the counter only cashier waiting for her colleague rescue for atm card machine recipe errors issue...(out of paper)and took away my year 2024 cny free edition cat booklet out from my plastic bag

No gift wrapping service. Not the fault of the staff but this is short sightedness from management. Staff was helpful in explaining. This 1 star is to the management team. I would pay $5 for a non branded wrapper and some tape because when it's last minute and you have no choice, you would.

I visited Toys“R”Us last Wednesday to get a scooter for my kid, and I was very impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff member attended to me immediately. She was so quick in finding exactly what I needed, and her responsiveness made the process smooth and hassle-free. I never felt like I was waiting or struggling to get information. Most importantly, she was extremely friendly and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone so attentive and pleasant — truly excellent customer service!

Shopping and payment wise was a breeze. Was glad that they had wrapping services here. But I came to realise that the quality of wrapping was really horrible, it looks like a preschooler’s art project. Mind you, I bought a rectangular shaped product, which is fairly straightforward to wrap. Now, I’d understand if it was peak holiday period but I was literally the only person in line and there were three staff behind the counter. Are you telling me this is the standard of wrapping, what with the upcoming festivities. I don’t have high expectations at all, but please have some integrity in your work, paper was all crumpled and even torn at the corners! It would have been embarrassing to give this gift away, had I not discovered the haphazard wrapping.

Bought gifts here but they run out of their Toy R Us gift wrapper. Ask to buy wrappers from them than can help to wrap. Waited 1 hour for 2 bigger gifts and 2 smaller gifts which are all rectangular shaped. There was a lady at first who was doing the wrapping. But keep avoiding to wrap the 2 bigger gifts. Never do anything keep walking around. Other staffs once in a while will help. The queue behind for the wrapping end up more and more. Others were wrapped but mine was not. Had to confront about it before they started wrapping it. Poor service especially for wrapping service. Poor wrapping skills and poor attitude in the work.

it's a great store a lot of toys to choose from and I ended up to buy the best for my Son "Dart zone Desperado" The only thing I was dissappointed was the Male casheir who don't know some process of a members information details if how to change the Contact number on your account. I ask him if I can change it through online but he advice me to call the Customer's service for a simple matter which I don't do because I know that it will waste their time for a simple matter. in short I tried to change my contact number online and it works. By the way I buy the toy last Saturday 28-December 2024 @18:03 Please inform the staff that don't talk if they don't know what they are talking just to entertain they just say "I don't know" than to give a wrong info. Thank you
