Shop ran out of wrapping papers and was originally told by my cashier that no wrapping services were provided. Bought wrapping papers instead and another cashier Afikah went above and beyond to wrap my present. Thank you and well done! Keep up the excellent service!!

Was shopping for a gift on 6 Sep 2024 bet 4 to 5pm. There was discrepancy between the price displayed on shelf and at cashier. The first one was Cleudo board game. The big sale price tag was placed wrongly in front of a deck of Cleudo board game. Another discrepancy was for the Nerf gun whereby the price tag was of a lower price and I was told it was not updated to the new pricing. This was obviously not a pleasant episode when I could not be sure of the price that was displayed at the shelf until it was my turn at cashier to verify the price, and for twice on that day. Much time was wasted. The only saving grace of this shopping episode was the young male staff who patiently verified the price at the toy shelf with me.

Bought a toy. The cashier is busy looking at her phone. Indicated that toy has free toy as shown in the poster. When asked, say it’s out of stock. But they haven remove it.

Approached the staff (2 young girls) at the cashier on 25 Jan morning to ask if there are Gabby’s Dollhouse toys. One just looked at me blankly and the other kept using the laptop. For awhile they both did not speak and finally the looking blankly one said “it SHOULD be at the doll’s section”. I had already checked the doll‘a section earlier and can’t find, hence I asked. So I asked if it’s available at the store at the first place? If it’s not available, I won’t be able to find it. They both looked at me blankly again, no replies. The laptop girl took out her phone suddenly without a word to use, the other ran out to the aisles to check. After forever, still no one gave me any answer. It’s the weirdest encounter ever. Staff are not aware of what products are available and not trained to answer simple questions or handle common situations like this. Could have just said “let me check with the manager”, not leave the customer hanging around right? I walked around to search myself and the girl who ran out to the aisles just went back to the cashier and started using her phone.
