Xmas drink is good! But staff not very friendly. And omitted the whip cream even though I did not ask for it. Luckily I saw before the drink was served.

Worst CBTL outlet. Service was absolutely horrible, was ordering at the cashier today (27/09/25), and was served by a Malay girl staff. She was extremely rude and seemed visibly annoyed when there were customers queuing to order. Seems like she has an attitude problem, completely unprofessional too. By far one of the worst CBTL outlet service-wise. Hope something is done.

The person taking orders at the counter did not attend to me in a friendly manner and professionalism could be improved. I was given a time limit of an hour from when I started dining at the restaurant to stay because I was studying although there were other tables available and vacant. This order was given by the manager itself which I believe may also be the same person working at the cashier. Lastly, the food itself was bland and tasteless. I have had better experiences in other coffee bean outlets

I asked for breakfast set ….one guy came she didn’t know how take the order.then another one came again she didn’t know and the last one came and took my order…I wanted a breakfast set with hot latte…..the latte was cold and the chicken patty was frozen…I asked them to change they change but again it was cold ….I decided to not say anything and even I didn’t ask them to change the coffee….because the don’t know their job. This not my first time in coffee beans and I’m a member but everything was awful today.

Conveniently located in JEM, the coffee bean & tea leaf is a nice place to relax, chill and have conversations since it’s a more quiet place in comparison to other F&B located in JEM. I had a hot chocolate, and tried their Gula melaka cake & Chicago cheesecake
