This is my go-to breakfast spot and is Halal. My wife and I come here almost every second week. I usually have the breakfast platter (Continental breakfast), but my wife is more adventurous and has tried almost everything on their menu. Overall the food and service is excellent, the staff are very attentive and always have a smile on their face. The coffee here is also delicious. Would highly recommend others to try it out !!

Coffee was ok. But the Chinese staff wearing black shirt with spectacles was very rude. Even told me dining is an hour rudely only after I have made payment while I see people sitting there without even ordering anything. The place has poor ventilation too with heavy food greasy smell. If your staff hates taking order, maybe invest in a self-order kiosk?

Went to this branch today 20/7/25 about almost 8pm to get the cheesecake. Young lady name Nadzirah was standing on the cashier doing something. Then i come and say hi to her but she ignored me. Still I tried to understand and talk to her nicely saying “can i have oreo cheesecake?” But without manners she replied me annoyingly saying “can you wait?!” With her irritated body language. My advice Is Don’t work at service line if you Don’t have the Passion and No Patience. People come to your store to get food and drink. Talk to you nicely why you need to answer rudely? Even you are busy you have no right to replied that way. Then her colleague attended to me nicely.

This Coffee Bean outlet is the worst Coffee Bean I have ever visited. The staffs were rude and service was not up to standard. The SG60 breakfast was terribly prepared, check out the photo. I have the same breakfast in the IMM Coffee Bean outlet, it was very good. I love Coffee Bean and always is a fan of it, but this outlet really turned me away. I hope the management will do something to rectify the problem.

The service attitude at this branch is by far the worst among all the locations I’ve visited. I strongly urge the management team to assess the service quality here and provide proper staff training where necessary. Despite being around 30% less busy than the CIMB Building branch at CIMB plaza on a Friday morning, the staff here treat customers with an unwelcoming and cold attitude. When a customer approached the cashier to place an order, the staff member showed visible displeasure. She wore a name tag with a barely legible, poorly handwritten label patched over it. It was so small it couldn’t be read. She was a young lady with braided hair. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on your brand. The first photo shows what I received from the CIMB Plaza branch last Friday, which left such a good impression that I decided to visit CBTF again today. The second photo shows what I got from the Jurong East branch — truly disappointing.

It's a coffee bean chain, dont expect too much. Place serves its purpose as a CBTL, generic drinks with wifi and ample seats. Stopped by cause it was raining out and couldn't walk back. Service was ok. Overall ok experience. Wifi is good too.

Superb experience! The staff were very kind. In special shoutout to Azira. I had the breakfast set and she was very kind to serve my coffee first then my food later. Appreciate her attention to details. Will definitely visit again.

Conveniently located near Jurong East MRT station, this is one of the good meeting places for friends to meet up. Good food with friendly service, plus plenty of seats. Enjoy the aircon and free wifi while having their breakfast set ($10 for 2 sets). Life is good.

Wish I had better things to say for this branch but unfortunately, the takeaway pasta I ordered took longer than the 15 mins they promised and was not worth the $11.90 I paid
