I’m v pleased w the excellent service of Rabiahtul, she’s so helpful n explain clearly what to expect n types of services the care laundry provide. Surely I will not hesitate recommending the care laundry service at JEM to my contacts.

DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY. They are in some sort of trouble. My 2 pieces of laundry has been with them for 2 months now and they are not even open for business and remains uncontactable. You have been warned

Not yet 9pm.But this guy dont want to take any more orders If u said u close 9pm. U start closing system 9pm. Not 10 mins before. Otherwise. Publicise u close at 8.50 instead. Dont waste people's time. . Waste my trip.

Sent my husband's jacket to The Care Laundry at Jem. Tried their service for the first time as I spotted them in NTUC. Service was good and it was easy to drop off my laundry. Will go back to them again!

We came to the counter from 12.35pm and waited for a really long time. Up to 1.15pm, there was no one attending to the counter when we wanted to bring some clothes for dry cleaning. Really disappointed with the service
