It’s not at JEM but a subscription service with The Care. Delays after delays despite polite guarantees and courteous words promising effort and service focused on client needs, yet little materializes from it other than my pleas to have my laundry delivered according to their schedule. Even when reminding them to check and ensure a realistic delivery deadline that allows revision of the their deadline and time frame one day before the assured schedule, they repeat the same rehearsed lines and fail. Astonishing!
