On internet the exchanhe rate was 24.6NTD to 1SGD. Understand that the rate will be lower in a shop, it says 23.6NTD. Thats fine. But while exchanging, the counter asked me to top up extra for 24NTD, turns out it wasn't the case. It was to round off so he don't need to give small notes. End up exchange rate is lower than 23.6NTD

Extremely bad attitude. Review says it all. Doesnt offer to provide envelope to store cash. Attitude is just swinging around looking at his god dam phone. Would highly recommend everyone to deal at other place.

The opening hour is at 10am but only starts business at 10.11am. Conveniently located in a mall near the train station but major currency's rate is not attractive (JPY 109.29). Good if you are in a rush and don't mind spending a little more to save hassle and for more convenience

Rate for Yen is not what was shown 100.2…was 98…. Instead…

Bad attitude and service by Amir. Coming here to exchange foreign currency feels like we are here to pay our debt instead, as demonstrated by Amir’s nonchalant and rude service. Avoid at all cost.

Read the reviews before heading and was wondering how bad can the queue be. Reached at 1:15pm, on a Tuesday with 7 people infront of me. Please change the shop name, not even “swift” lol

Swift Exchange? I waited in queue for 16 minutes and TWO people had finished. I think the person on duty that day was hand drawing the notes or perhaps minting the coins. I left the queue, unable to take wait further.Picture of queue attached - the adjacent stores will probably report to the mall authorities that their business is being obstructed by the snaking crowd.

I visited the money changer at JEM today for the second time, and unfortunately had another unpleasant experience with the same Malay lady at the counter. Her attitude was very poor — she spoke loudly and appeared impatient and unfriendly, as if customers were troubling her just by asking to exchange money. It really feels like she doesn’t value customers or appreciate their business. I hope the management can look into this, as her attitude gives a very bad impression of the service here.

The attitude of the Malay lady is just terrible, she talks to customers as though we owe her.
Boss also did nothing to try and rectify the situation and just sat there using his phone. Do not use this money changer, go elsewhere.

I exchanged 1800 ringgit, board said 2.95
Receipt said 3.0, math means i should get 600sgd right?
I got 540sgd, so the rates are suddenly 3.33? stay away from this place

Queued for an hour to exchange money. **Note to everyone who wants to exchange currency during peak period, the money changer allowed people who are exchanging a huge amount of currency to cut queue. Not sure how many people have cut the queue but right before I was served, the money changer told me to wait while she let this guy cut my queue just because he had $20k to exchange.
Not recommended, should have gone to the money changer at the bus interchange.

Exchange rate is not bad. Very efficient service. Just prefer if they let me see the amount to be exchanged before proceeding with the exchange straight away. Other than that, all good lah 👍 …
