Ordered a tall latte when they were offering double strength latte, got my drink mixed up. Even then, the latte given was too milky and had close to no coffee taste. Plugs were all removed from outdoor seating and had stagnant water instead. Expect mosquitoes when sitting there.

This is my first time order pastry in Starbucks. Surprising the staff will asked for making hot for ordered pastries. But another sides, they were given me negative suprise which they thought we are going to take away the food. We were seated in the place and waiting for drinks and pastries.

As a loyal Starbucks customer, this is the best outlet to me. The beverage are always perfect, nicer than other outlet (to me 😅). The staff are so friendly, helpful, or give u some notes or funny icon on your cup. This is small thing but made my day. They always thank and farewell u when u leave. Hopefully they keep it up in the future👍🏻

Starbucks JEM is a good location to get those limited edition Starbucks items as they normally have ample stock. The branch is also big enough to enjoy a meal comfortably, indoors or outdoors. Order your meal and coffee via the Starbucks app, cut the queue and also earn points. Enjoy every moment, life is short.

My phone had run out of battery, and I couldn’t access my rewards card. While I was being assisted by another staff member, Jo who was just behind noticed my situation and kindly stepped in to help. She offered to charge my phone for a few minutes, which made all the difference. Her service truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Jo! Starbucks at Jem. ;)

Thanks to Jo that is always so caring and warm. My wife and I visited again on 16 Jul 2025 at 7+am. I forgot to "clock" my points and Jo came all the way to my table with the machine to let me "clock" the points. This service has exceeded our expectation. Thank you Jo. My wife and I visited on 26 Mar 2025 at 7+am. The team is very helpful and polite in assisting me in the payment issue. Asri is especially caring in delivering the food and drinks to us as my legs were painful with plasters. A great team and service to their customers.

The 1 for 1 venti drink offers are a steal (though they probably still pocket a good margin), especially when we are looking for somewhere to kill time 👍🏻 Great drinks as always, glad that I have my Hojicha and Dark Mocha to swap around with!

Bought pumpkin spice frappe on what’s good on Wednesday 2-8pm 1for1 venti drinks. Very sweet with Christmassy spices. Really icy cold and refreshing. And the whipped cream makes the drink super creamy smooth. Worth trying. The cafe is packed with customers using desktop eqmt but it’s still a nice place to hang out with friends.

Another review of Starbucks, the location is Jem. Quiet environment to slowly drink your cup of coffee. Peaceful enjoy to forget about work and to energise your day. Spacious and Friendly staffs and cheerful too. Standard range of pastries and drinks. Dare say that almost all Starbucks cafe managed to maintain a high standard of service and food quality.
