Just today visit your jem store make a purchase, i realise that there is 50% off for second purchase. Go back told my colleagues about the promotion but your staff insist must be in same receipt. Very disappointed with the service as you can simply void original receipt and reissue a new receipt to me to enjoy 50% off, now u loss a sale and a loyal customer...
