This Skechers outlet is not that big. There are some ongoing promotions. Less customers during weekdays. Need to approach a staff member if you want to find the right size. JEM store is near to Jurong East MRT.

No sale assistants in store. I can see all the customers waiting or browsing by themselves. A few minutes, heads will pop out from the store. When someone did come out from the store, he was indeed obliging to assist us.

I call a staff call Ashton, very helpful, volunteer to check the stock for me even though I am gg to another branch.. It is such a sweet gesture which I dont feel it in the retial shops nowadays.

We were helped by Chen Lu. She speaks very softly. I had to strain my ears to hear her. But she seemed somewhat nice and helpful. However, the final impression i got was that she was more interested in making sales than actually assisting. We even had to ask for help to put the shoes we were purchasing back into the boxes. I found that very strange. Other outlets would pack them into the boxes to bring to the counter? We were just carrying the shoes around, boxless... O.o

We were here to buy shoe and serve by Shahrul who is very patient, polite, humble and nice. Sketchers is very lucky to have him and hope they treasure him as this kind of employee is extremely hard to find as we only stumble upon every 50 years.

Today me and my mom went to skechers at jem and there was a 60 percent off for second item so when I brought the Spy X Family and my mom brought another sports shoes then when we pay they didn't tell us if that counted as 60 percent off for second item and didn't even tell us the price of the shoes we brought so when we checked the receipt there was no 60 percent off so we went back asking the lady in the store, I asked politely that isn't my Spy X Family shoes counted as first item? Then where's the 60 percent off? Then she replied me back in a rude and fierce tone. When she serving other customers when the customer brought alot of stuff, she will act so nice to them but to us when we brought two shoes and i ask one qn and replied in a rude and fierce tone.
