Very disappointed with the lack of communication from this company, whether is it them directly or their delivery personnel, there was no prior contact at all before delivery to confirm recipient address, they actually sent to HDB door step for condolences flower stand. Any local people would know this is not normal action to send such flower to HDB unit & the funeral was not even located at that block so they couldn’t just deliver to the void deck where funerals are normally held at. Only contacted me via whatsapp after the rejected delivery, to ask me the receiver to pay for redelivery fee??? & then only resending the stand the following day when it was during the funeral’s last day when things have moved out as I have informed whoever that was in control of the WhatsApp account.
